The paint went on smoothly and covered well. The only drawback is that it appears to be quite fragile. It is easily chipped or scratched.

No odor, easy to clean brushes and goes on smooth.

Although a roller is shown in the ad for application, I used a high quality brush to assure coverage deep into the concrete block walls and hair-line cracks in the mortar. For coverage of less than 700 feet, roughly five-and-a-half gallons were needed for the first coat and around two-and-a-half gallons for the second. Masking tape was added to the basement floor about two inches from the wall which left me with a neat, professional finish. In some of the wall areas where discoloration was worse, a third coat was applied just for appearance. After a month, we have had no significant rainfall to allow for significant observation of effectiveness, however, with the modest rains we have had, there is no sign of water infiltration, except for a small area on the untreated floor where a slight amount of moister could be seen--obvious water seeping under the waterproofing. Application is easy and it cleans up well. The basement was not ventilated and that did not create any issues.

Fabulous paint!! but does not cover stains ,

We had 1500 sqft block basement area to cover which was covered in old pink paint. This WaterTite paint was a nice consistency and rolled on easily. On the first coat we used 1-1/4 in. nap rollers which made the application much easier, faster, provided great coverage on the cinder block and actually covered the pink paint very well. A plus is the fact, the paint truly is low odor. The low odor stayed in the basement and did not spread through the house. Applied several coats over the areas where hydraulic cement was used to fill in and patch after scraping and wire brushing, otherwise a shadow was present. For the second coat, I decided to rent a recommended home depot sprayer, as I no longer had a painting helper and have used sprayers many times in the past. Of course the sprayer had problems, which wasted a lot of time and paint, as it was not working properly. Returned it, but home depot still charges you even if their equipment is faulty! I have now had to order another 5 gallons of the paint to finish this project, but will roll it on since application of this paint is a breeze with a 1-1/4 in. nap roller.

We have used other brands that were to thin and did not cover very well. Watertite was a nice consistency and covered very well.

This product has always done the job, whether a damp or dry area needs to be treated. I continue to buy it because it works and no "do-overs".

too early to tell, but it was easy to apply and it looks good. One problem: only needed 1 gal., and had great difficulty in returning second gal. back to store for credit.

Great product. It's covers well and cleans up with soap and water. It has mold protection and so far i have had no leaks in my walls.

Excellent paint for its purpose. Rolls on nice & I have sprayed it in the past. Ive been using this product for years. Good on mold.prevention as well. Integrity is good, as long as you do proper prep, esspecially if efflorecence is present. Delivery from HD is way too long except for a planned job 1-2 weeks out.

Highly satisfied with this product. It is water based, covers the concrete foundation beautifully. Dries quickly. I do recommend this product.

Low odor, easy cleanup. Covered mold and so far has kept it from returning. The only thing was that it need to be stirred quite a bit at the beginning and then needed continued stirring every so often. After that it went on quick and covered well. Great product.

I've been very pleased with this paint for covering my concrete block interior foundation walls. It applies easily by brush, provides good coverage with two coats and looks great. However, due to the relatively dry season we have experienced in my area since application, I can't attest to product's waterproofing capabilities.

Paint was easy to apply and covered well with two coats, first one by brush and second by roller. I did not have a real water problem so I'm not sure how well this product addresses that.

Used on a block wall in basement that was getting damp when it rained. Fixed the problem. Easy to apply. Had it tinted at Home Depot (Gray). Looks Great also. Would definitely use again. Wish they carried it in the store.

This paint is very good . It have a nice gloss look to it , it hide a lot of faults on concrete wall

After reviewing many varieties of sealers, I decided on this one. It's water based, really locked in a seal, plus included a mold/mildew protection. Also, the price for the 5 gallon bucket saved me quite a bit of money. But, I had to put on 2 coats due to the new wall which was really dry and absorbed the first coat quickly.
