Excellent mattress for the money! I've found it to be firm, but comfortable with plenty of full-body support. It absorbs movement nicely so if you've got a partner that moves a bit during the night, it shouldn't be too much of a bother. In my opinion, this mattress punches well above its weight and rivals my former $1200 Sealy with ease. Great mattress for the money!

The ordering, shipping and delivery was great. I didn't open it right away so it took about a week for it to open up and fill up. A slight rise in the middle, but I think that will go away with use. This bed is a lot harder than I thought it would be, although I did indicate that I liked a harder surface. Had to put a slim foam mattress on top to make it more comfortable. Time will tell.

I know it's a gamble to order something online based on someone's opinion, you have no knowledge of, but this mattress was recommended by a few of my personal friends and it is the BEST mattress I have owned. I sleep great and my back loves it. I have purchased two.

We ordered the mattress and frame with headboard. Sturdy! The Suzanna. Mattress was easy to open and in 2 days was fully done. No off gas smell even though I was ready for one. Very comfy! I plan to buy another soon!

Ordered the wrong size mattress and frame and returned it at no cost. Customer service assured me every step of the way. New mattress arrived shortly thereafter. Mattress was pressure-sealed and extremely easy to unpack and setup. My sister has been enjoying a good night sleep thanks to Zinus!
