Took two people and two screwdrivers to get the cover off. Mounted base and broke cover trying to press it back on. Never say die - Tomorrow I'm going after it with epoxy putty. Would I buy this again? No. Have I gotten my money's worth in entertainment from it? Yes.

This product is a replica of one I had installed under my sink for 15 years. It is a good product and functions well. When installing it, it is incredibly difficult to pull the cover off of the part you attach. We broke the first one trying to get the cover off and had to buy a second. The second one we had to pry off with a screwdriver and it almost broke as well. Once it was installed it functions great.
