One of the shelves broke with 2 half empty bottles of shampoo on it after 2 days. Waste of time and money.

This is a very high quality shower caddy, easy to assemble, and met my expectations. It would be nice if they gave you a size choice when you order because now i have 2 extension poles in storage that I didn't need. Other than that very happy with the deep basket shelves, including one soap tray with a washcloth bar attached to the front :)

Love the shower caddy. It was easy to put together & looks great! I bought one for our master bath & the kid's bath. It works great in both baths. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't work good in the master bath because the ceiling is sloped there but my husband extended the pole & it works g

Exactly what we needed

Very pleased with this tension pole caddy. I needed something to store all our shower stuff in our small (but tall) bathroom -- this used the space perfectly and fits all our stuff with room to spare. Easy to assemble, and feels sturdier than others I have encountered.

The top soap dish tray wasn’t machine drilled properly so the set screw that prevents the dish from sliding on the poll could not be inserted. I had to return to the store and buy a second caddy to get a dish holder that was correctly drilled and the set screw was able to be inserted. Once I got it all together it looked fine and seems to do what it is supposed to. We have not filled the caddy yet so time will tell. Just very time consuming and frustrating.

it works great. had to make sure that you screw that top piece in all the way because it doesn't work like the old spring ones did. I couldn't get it tight enough at first but just keep screwing it in.

I decided to pay a little more for something a little nicer but alas, its junk. The poles have scratches already on them from putting the baskets on, the tension rod does not work well and if you put a heavy bottle of conditioner it just slides and falls over. It was not well made. I had wanted one for almost a year and then decided to buy one and this was the worst.

It was easy to assemble and its doing its job in the shower.

First of all, figuring out what you're supposed to do in order to install it was not easy. A video on YouTube helped me to finally figure it out. Then when it hadn't even been used for a year, one of the shelves snapped on one side. All of them are rusted where they connect so I imagine it won't be long before the others break. Over all not happy.

Nice pole for shower

Defective. The pole that is supposed to extend had gotten stuck inside the the other pole because the end cap came off. Couldn’t get it out. Very disappointing.

The spring in the pressure pole didn't work properly. Once I extended the springy part of the pole & realized it was too long, the springy end of the pole wouldn't go back in (isn't that the whole point of a pressure pole?). There was no easy way to decrease the height even tho directions said to do so. It took 2 qualified adults an hour + to mess around w/ this thing, taking the pressure pole apart, adjusting, screwing it back together, & then trying again. And again. Now it's in & looks great.

This was a terrible construction it fell three times. Used to have a different brand and it stayed up for years Never once fell

the instructions are simply written by they leave out important information like once you extend the top pole you can't make it go back and they left out steps. The pole are made of cheap breakable metal. I put a regular size container of body wash along with the body scrubber on the middle shelves, then i out my shampoo bottle on the bottom shelf and the entire thing collapses and falls. The poles are also not securely connected to each and come apart easily. The only thing I liked about this item is the baskets were an adequate size to hold many items.

I bought 2. One of them put together like a charm and works well, very sturdy. The other one had stripped screw holes so I couldn’t get the baskets to stay so I had to tear it down, box it back up and return it. Real pain in the butt. So I got a different brand as my second pole. I do like the interDesign York pole better. So it’s kind of bittersweet.
