Just installed. Quality of material appears to be very good. To soon to tell how they hold up. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is due to the poor design of the 4 poles. Instead of having each of them snap or lock together they just go together with nothing to keep them from sliding out from one another. Made it extremely difficult for one person to install.

This product was very easy to assemble and fit so nice in my bathtub its a great deal for the price and looks awesome it holds alot of items

Easy to put together and install quality of metal feels sturdy but only time will tell thank you homedepot for having in stock saved me money and time looking for one some where else

Didn't come complete

Doesnt seem to lock into a sturdy enough position. Still tinkering to see if i can get it to be more stable.

It did not fit in my tub. I have to return it.

The rod was defective.

Perfect for what we needed.

Two of the shelves were not drilled where you tighten the shelf to the pole. I don't have the bit needed to fix it so now I have to take it back to the store. On top of that, you can see in the pole, the indentations where someone else tried to put it together and was unable to so it was returned to the store. and apparently the staff put it back on the shelf to sell again!!!!

Poles do not hold together, tension doesn’t work. I used a couple of the baskets on an actual tension rod that works.

It’s kinda sucky, not very easy to use/set up. I had one before that was spring loaded so it fit my bathroom perfectly but this one requires separate pieces being fit together to be the right size (which it really isn’t). It keeps sliding off my tub and I’m afraid it’s going to fall on me if I’m not paying close attention

This shower caddy looks nice, but that's where the positive review ends. If you don't set the screws properly in the baskets, be prepared to have the threads strip out. And don't try to use the Allen wrench that's included with the hardware...that is the reason why 2 of the 4 baskets in my caddy have been rendered useless.

Very easy to assemble. Flawless.

Harder than it should be to install.
