We bought the 12' x 15' rug along with a runner and 2 smaller area rugs all in the gray. The photos look like the rugs should be gray and white, but they're really gray and ivory. The rugs are soft and feel good underfoot with the carpet pads underneath. I like the smaller rugs and the runner; they look very much like the gradient colors shown in the photos. But the 12' x 15' looks like an entirely different rug. It has large areas of ivory with no gray at all in them. This rug looks like someone splattered globs of gray paint in random spaces. It almost looks like a cow print if I'm honest. It's off-putting and does not look as well in our living space as we had hoped. If you're getting the smaller sizes, it will likely be fine, but I wouldn't recommend the larger size.

Picture true to product
I’m happy with the rug and rug pad, delivered within a week. It came folded (10x14) We’ve found our own remedies for getting it to relax and lay flat. Wish it had come with some instructions, perhaps with a quicker solution.
Overall happy to do business again.

Seems to be good quality. I like the low pile since I have an office chair that rolls nicely on it. Color is good. Did not need a pad since furniture keeps it in place. Happy with the purchase. Seems like a good value.

Great price and quality... only issue was getting it to lay flat. Took several days for it to "relax" and no longer be bumpy and curled. Still have a small flip at each end, but working on turning it under each day to get it to lay flatter.

Love the area rug. My only drawback is the time that it’s taking for all the wrinkles and curls to disappear. Other than that - my wife and I are very comfortable with the look - colors and design!!

The color is great. I put a non slip pad under it instead of a heavy pad. It was rolled so tight it is taking some time for the rug to really lay flat.
