This is a very nice faucet. The functionality of it is very convenient. I love the fact that it has the pull-down faucet that hides away makes it very easy for me when I'm cleaning big pots and pans. The instructions that came with it were easy to understand and follow and everything you need comes with it. It's very easy to clean with a simple damp rag wipe it off and let it air-dry. Does not spot when it dries. The metal is very durable and heavy. I used this faucet on an outside sink so only time will tell if it will tarnish or rust. But just from the last couple of weeks I can tell you the humidity and being outside has not affected the appearance or the functionality of it at all.

I was very weary being this was not a well recognized brand of plumbing supplies. As a handyman I have installed many many faucets and this one is by far the easiest one I have ever put in. The only way to make this easier would be if the new faucet could remove the old one it was replacing. The faucet arrived very well packaged and included everything to install in a single hole or triple hole sink. If installing in a triple hole like I did you use the bottom plate. If installing in a single hole sink the bottom plate is not needed. If you have a 4 hole sink you’ll need a filler plate that’s easily picked up at Home Depot for a few bucks in the plumbing department. Other then that this faucet included everything needed besides tools. Of which all I needed was a pair of slip joint pliers and a Phillips head screwdriver. Once I had removed the old faucet the new one installed in about 5 minutes. The split washer and retaining nut make install an absolute breeze instead of trying to fit all 4 hoses through the nut. It simply slid over all the hoses snd threaded easily to the bottom of the faucet with final tightening of the 2 Phillips screws to fully secure the faucet to the sink or countertop. Once installed remove the sprayer head and flush out the lines for a minute or so then reinstall the sprayer head. This ensures any debris in the lines or faucet from install or manufacture are cleaned out and do not clog up the sprayer. Overall I’m extremely impressed with the look, quality and extreme ease of installing this. I definitely will look to use this brand again.

I received the Modern Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with 3 Spray Mode in Stainless Steel to review for the Home Depot. It is very good looking with clean simple lines. I have it paired with my new Farmhouse sink and it looks great. I have installed the faucet on the sink, but can't finish the install because the cabinets are back ordered. It was super simple to install on the sink. The only left to do is drop it in and connect to the water and drain.

The ruiling Modern Single handle pull down sprayer kitchen faucet is a very nice piece of kitchen hardware at an unbeatable price point. This is a well made and seemingly sturdy faucet that comes with everything you need in one package. The smooth and sleek mid arc design (17 inches in height) is transitional and will work with most any decor. The construction is solid and the handle moves fluidly and easily. The hefty 304 stainless steel has an even and consistent finish and it comes with an included deck plate for use if you have a sink with three holes. The faucet can be installed without the deck plate for single hole sinks as well. The flow is rated at 1.8 gallons per minute and the three function hand sprayer, with spraying and streaming and flow pause, will get the job done and the weighted nozzle snaps back in place easily enough. Overall the price is excellent for this quality faucet and with a 5 year warranty you're likely covered for most any defects that you may encounter in the future.

We selected this fixture as part of our kitchen renovation we are currently working on. Unfortunately, it wasn't the upgrade we were looking for, too similar to the build quality and styling of our existing faucet. Came with all of the parts and pieces to make installation a breeze, but really just a basic fixture. If you are looking for something really special keep looking.

I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and chose this product. I like the simple design and ease of use. I did not need to use the plate foe my install but it’s included should you need it. The stainless steel brushed nickel finish doesn’t leave water marks and cleans easily. The install was done by a professional plumber and seemed fairly straight forward. I’m happy with the water pressure and look of my new faucet.

Single hole design. Nice finish.. matches sink design.. Installation was easy. I have a sink with deep basins of 10" so access is limited. Pros: simple connections, hoses are included. A quick connect supply included is a must with sink with no underneath access. Takes 30 minutes for a handy person to install. Hot and cold lines were long enough and sprayer hose is 12 inches longer than previous faucet by big box store brands. Cons..spray tube is thin and says stainless but feels aluminum-ish.. We will see how long .

This faucet is a thing of beauty! It has a gorgeous finish and looks really nice installed. The faucet comes with a base plate that can be used to cover existing holes so no need to worry about going from a multi-faucet to a single. Installation was a breeze but make sure you have everything you need. Follow the instructions and all will be well!

Comes with 1 or 3 holes escutcheon for installation in case you are converting from a 3-hole to a single hole. It says it has 3 spray modes, the extra mode is "Pause". It lets you turn on/off the spray head without having to turn off the water faucet. That helps keep the water temperature and flow the same once you have it set where you want it. I like the swivel sprayer head because I can direct the spray without having to remove the sprayer from the faucet. This is the first sprayer head that I have had that nearly always retracts back when I release it. The biggest issue I have found is that you need a clear path under your sink for the weighted ball to move up and down. Installation is made easy with the quick coupler for the spray hose and especially the split ring for mounting the faucet to the sink. You hand tighten it and then use a screwdriver to snug it down. No special tools. Spray/stream stays selected, handle can face forward, 360-degree rotation. Normally a caveat to faucets of this design is that wet hands drip on the counter when you turn off or adjust the side handle, which being shorter is also much harder to fine-tune temperature with or move with an elbow or forearm when your hands are gross. However, this faucet lets you face the handle straight forward, so more drips will end up in the sink instead of on the counter, and the it swings equal distances left and right. The faucet rotates completely out of the way (360 degrees). The ceramic handle movement is very smooth with a weighted/dampened feel; the spray head does not seat magnetically, but the weight does its job and the angled fitting above the head helps it seat right every time, especially with the main hose being super flexible. The SS finish is brilliant, it really sparkles. The spray/stream selector toggle does not default one way, so whatever you left it on last time is still selected the next time you use it, and the ball joint just above the head gives added flexibility during use, plus reduces stress on the hose. Includes base-plate for 3-hole installation, or works as single-hole. Very affordable and a five-year warranty; looking forward to a much longer relationship.

If you are looking for a lower price and good appearance then this may be the fixture for you. I was not familiar with the brand RuiLing and could not find any information about the manufacturer on-line. The name RuiLing shows up one time on the installation sheet. The faucet came in a plain white box with nothing on the box except the UPC and there is no identification on the unit. The only address for warrantee is an email for Aibika Service. The instruction sheet is more for amusement than instruction- it did not translate well. The lever edges could have been rounded some to have been more comfortable than the square edges. Around the lever base the edges are sharp and may present a hazard especially when cleaning.. Repair items such as a cartridge are not available. So rather than going in our kitchen this faucet is going in my shop where the pullout spray will be handy. I will stick to a known name brand in the kitchen that I can buy parts for if needed and the manufacturer thinks enough of their product to pet their name on it and give you an address where you can contact them. .

I love this sink sprayer.it was easy to install .I almost didn't even have to see the instructions. I like the base cover so if you have a 3 hole sink this plate can cover the other 2 holes.my old one had only two options.stream and spray. This one has stream, spray,and pause.my old one on spray would go back to stream if you slowed the water a little bit.i love that this one can stay on spray or stream no matter how much water is flowing.oh and did I mentioned that it looks great.took 30 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one.

This is a grear faucet. It is made of metal sturdy materials. It has two different modes of operation. Sprayer or stream. It is easy to switch back and forth with the buttons right on the sprayer. It has a very tall neck on it which is handy for big pots, or other large things that can't normally be sprayed off in the sink. It is very easy to install. Tools do not come with it.

The Ruiling faucet is beautiful and elegant and will dress up any kitchen. I am one that likes things simple and clean and this faucet fits the bill. The faucet is a beautifully crafted work of art. The designer should win an award for this design. The faucet looks like it was machined out of a solid block of stainless steel. I love the idea that less is more and this is just perfect.

This faucet has a clean smooth, almost elegant, look that I really like and is also very convenient and utilitarian in use. Not only does the gooseneck swivel from side to side, but the pull-out nozzle allows you to direct the flow precisely wherever you need it. Besides that it has two flow options - a shower type of flow or a simple aerated stream and also has an additional shut-off button on the nozzle. Installation is not difficult. In fact it is fairly intuitive for someone who has previously done any under-the-sink plumbing, which is a good thing, because the written installation instructions are almost unintelligible. Fortunately the accompanying installation pictures are helpful. This faucet is sized to fit a standard three-hole sink although it uses only the center hole. The provided mounting plate covers the other two holes, so it makes a nice appearing installation. The mechanism that retracts the pull-down nozzle uses a weight on the combination hot and cold water hose to return the nozzle to its fully retracted position. Depending on the way the plumbing under your sink is arranged, it may be difficult to position the weighted hose in a way that will allow the retraction mechanism to work properly. In my case, initially the hose would hang-up on the hot water valve and not allow the nozzle to retract fully. This was because of the location of the hot water valve almost directly under the faucet center. After some trial and error I found that by loosening the hose, twisting and re-attaching it, the weighted hose would move without hanging up on the valve. This is not an ideal arrangement and it is certainly not a problem with the faucet design, but it is something to be aware of for installation of a faucet of this type.

Having a single handle pull down sprayer kitchen faucet is going to be such a pleasure to use as opposed to the typical stationary kitchen faucet. I love the stainless steel silver color and the modern look, this definitely upgraded the looks of my kitchen. The three spray molds are a big bonus and will come in handy for lots of different uses. I like how are you say one motion use kitchen faucet and I’m not grabbing for a separate sprayer to use.

This Ruiling sprayer faucet willl match our stainless steel sink perfectly. Who thinks about a faucet with so many features? Not with just a spray head, but one with three different modes. After using the sprayer it will go back to the spout by itself,..Cool! With the single handle, you are in control. You control water volume ( flow) and variable temperatures, hot to cold, etc. I highly recommend this high arch faucet for every day use in the kitchen.

I needed a kitchen faucet so I ordered the Ruling modern single- handle Pull- down sprayer kitchen faucet with 3 spray mode in stainless steel, stainless steel silver When it was delivered to my house it was delivered in a very thin box surprisingly there was no damage to the faucet. I also noticed the box it came in there was absolutely no labeling no company name or anything else on it and also it does not even tell you the country of origin that is a red flag for me most likely it was made in China. The other thing I noticed as when I picked up the box the faucet came in, it was extremely light for a pull-down sprayer faucet that cannot mean quality. Let's get to the meat and potatoes of things, when I open the box the faucet looks really nice it came with instructions how to install the kitchen faucet this faucet is very simple to install connect 2 supply lines, connect the pull-down sprayer, and tighten the nut that holds the faucet to the sink then connect the sprayer weight underneath the sink you don't get much easier than that. You get a 5 year warranty on parts but in the paperwork that came with this faucet there's no phone number to call only an email to contact for warranty purposes that's a little bothering for me when I can't talk to a real person for parts. Only time will tell how long this faucet will last. This faucet could be more trouble than what is worth I know with other bigger companies you have a lifetime warranty on all parts no questions asked give that a consideration before making a purchase on this faucet that's why I only give it 3 stars and I don't even think I can recommend it 50%

The faucet can be installed in 1 or 3 holes installation with the included deck plate. The pull down hose and water line hose are already attached together to save time. I was able to install the faucet in under 30 minutes with just a wrench. The faucet has a 5 year warranty.

This faucet has a lighter weight than the more well known brands. The metal quality appearance is good, easy to clean and is finger print resistant. The faucet came with the water hoses pre attached for a fast installation. We have changed many faucets and found this to be another easy install. Water pressure is good. The sprayer has a pause option. It’s definite an upgrade to our original low handle faucet, you can easily fill a large pot without lifting the handle.

The pull down feature on this is great and it is not cheaply made so you don’t have to worry about it breaking fast. The spray setting is great which would definitely get the dishes clean and if you have a double sink or a very large sink the hose would be able to reach the entire thing and clean it. It’s definitely great by not attracting finger prints and the hose is easy to retract

The single handle pull down is Great for Big Pots that don't fit in your sink and for cleaning off the whole sink area. The Stainless Steel look is very Modern and spruces up any kitchen. I would recommend this Faucet for any Kitchen.

This kitchen faucet is very stylish and quite functional. I found it very easy to install and I was even able to eliminate extra hoses that I had to get separately from the last kitchen faucet that was installed. I didn't need them but it even comes with a bag of convertors in case your water outlets are the larger size sometimes used. I like the spray settings available, I just wish the nozzle would pull out a little bit farther. I put the weight right where it said to but I may see if I can move it down a bit and maybe get more length out it.

We needed a faucet to compliment a stainless steel sink upgrade that is being installed in our kitchen island. The Ruiling Modern Single-Handle Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet fits the bill perfectly - simple contemporary look, stainless steel finish, a long 23” hose that allows good nozzle access to all the corners of the 32” undermount sink and a good price (way less than $100). The faucet arrived damage free packaged (see photo) in a surprisingly lightweight shrink wrapped box. The instructions are minimalist but pretty clear with a simple fastening/installation system that looks like it will work well in the single hole granite countertop. It comes with a cover plate if you need to convert from an older style wide set three hole installation. This Ruiling faucet comes with a three way hand nozzle feature that enables you to cut off the water flow with the third button - kind of a neat capability that we’ve never had before.

Modern kitchen faucet This faucet gives a very clean simple and modern look to the kitchen. Came in a nice package and no damages. It came with all fasteners and detailed instructions to assemble. Start to finish, it took only 15-20 minutes for assembly. Toughest part is crawling under the sink and tighten the bolt underneath the sink which holds the faucet against the countertop. One useful note - There is no need to white tape the joints where we connect this faucet to incoming water lines. Also it doesn’t come with soap dispenser.

This faucet is well made. I had never heard of "Ruiling" company, prior to this day...but, it seems like a fine faucet and that it will hold up for quite a while. The finish is solid and luxurious. The magnet and pull are smooth and seem to be top quality. I am very happy and can't wait to install it! I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you very much.

Simplistic, yet stylish. This faucet has a nice stainless steel finish. The multi sprayer head is awesome. The length of the supply.hose to the faucet head gives plenty of reach. Able to reach the countertop to fill up pans, vases, etc. Supply lines are attached to the faucet body. It even comes with adaptors for 1/2" supply lines. The lines come standard with 3/8" fittings. Optional 1 or 3 hole installation with the included deck ate. Step by step directions make installation a breeze. Basic tools are all you need to install it
