Went to the store after receiving a new HD credit card. Went to self checkout and got a "call credit services" message. the cashier looked at me and said "it says we have to call the credit card center, you need to find another register" and walked away. I had to use another credit card because your cashier didn't want to do her job. I left the store went to my car and was so angry by the lack of service. I went back in the store and went to customer service. I was greeted by a rude associate. Two managers came up and I explained what occurred. They stood their starring at me with zero conflict resolution. I left the store extremely aggravated.

All employees are very helpful cooparetive

The employees I encountered knew exactly where items were available. And, instead of just pointing to a distant aisle, she walked all the way with me to the exact spot! Thank you. As a military veteran I also appreciate the 10% discount. Thank you, Home Depot.

This store is a workable one. The employees are nice and willing to help you. I can do all my winter shopping here if I need to. I can find everything I need.

This store has many benefits. Parking is easy. Items in the store are well organized. There is plenty of items to choose from and most often the item I'm looking for is in stock. I would give 5 stars but I just hate being constantly approached by the guy trying to sell HVAC systems. He should just stand there. We all see him if we're interested in a new HVAC.

I easily and quickly was able to find a staff member to cut keys. I really enjoyed chatting with my friendly cashier, Debora who politely handled a rude customer.

Home Depot, Dale City/Woodbridge, VA has the best customer service: helpful, knowledgeable, courteous employees (Ko, Manager; Jaquine in Paint; Rob, Lumber; Karen, Upholstery). Have quality products listed in Consumer Reports that I couldn't find at other home supply stores. I also received bogus information at another leading home supply store, where Hope Depot staff were informative and most helpful. A customer for life!!!

I love this Home Depot location but it was my first time purchasing paint here and will be my last. The paint matching machine was not working properly which caused multiple gallons of incorrect colors. My father is a contractor and states that color matching is pretty spot on (which is why I purchased here instead of directly at a competitors store). Well it was not spot on that specific day. Makes it worse that i spent close to $200 on paint that was all wrong and am not able to return. I later heard someone mention the machine was not calibrated correctly. If that was the case, they should have stopped using the machine. Stay away from color matching at this location. Everything else though, this location is great!

Overall have had good encounters with employees and the products at this store. They're very professional and will help you look for the things you need. Very excellent customer service A ++++. Paint shop is my favorite section in the store. There is a young man, very tall with long hair, named "Joaquin." He definitely knows his stuff!!! He's been very helpful in getting paint and supplies for the past few months!

Big parking, big store, has everything you need. flexible hours. I like to go there whenever i need something for my house. Best place to beat prices.

My home was destroyed in a fire and has been under renovation. It was time to purchase appliances and I wanted to take advantage of the 4th of July sales. I started out at Lowe's in Dale City. After being ignored for 30 to 45 minutes, I walked out and went to The Home Depot. Within 5 minutes of being there, Mark V, an associate of The Home Depot, came up and asked if he could assist me. I explained that I wanted to purchase 6 appliances and he patiently walked me through the various name brands, checked availability and delivery, advised me of the sales that were going on and, finally, assisted me in the purchase of 6 new appliances. Thank you, Mark V, for making me feel that my business was welcome and appreciated.

This store was dirty, unkempt, and employees are hard to find to get help. Associates were rude and showed ZERO enthusiasm for their jobs. If you have other options for a home improvement store (Or even other Home Depot locations), use them instead!

We received excellent customer service from Rhonda and Hope in making the purchase of a Samsung Washer. Everything involving washer delivery and removal of our old appliance were clearly explained. The purchase was efficiently and quickly handled!! Additionally, Lacy provided excellent customer service at the Customer Service Desk during a very busy time of day. She quickly and efficiently processed our application for a Home Depot Card in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful and professional!! Many appliance models were either sold out or not displayed. This Home Depot Store had the model of Samsung that we were looking for!!

Nice customer Service was provided by Lacy. The young interns in the garden area need a lot of guidance on customer service. Some of them are rude and when they see you just walk by without asking if you need help and are just playing around outside while others are working hard to help customers. Overall this store is a great store.
