My first trip to a Home Depot because we don't have one in Roxboro, NC and I don't get out of town much but I was very impressed with the service I receive. Sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name that was so helpful but the cashier, Jacinta, was extremely nice & helpful.

Finally found the lawn care items for the fall maintenance requirements for my mowers The price was lower than at comparable stores and the variety of the products was superior to the stock of items that the other stores had for sale.

Went in to price some items for our future kitchen remodeling project. The store manager, Kim, was walking by and stopped to ask if we needed anything. She and Steve in appliances were both extremely helpful! They were able to answer our questions and gave us valuable feedback for our future plans. We will definitely return!

My husband and I just bought a new house and have been working on chores that need to be done. The employee loaded my lumber and cut down a piece which in face made things so much more easier for us once we got home. It's the little things that always mean the most and we are so grateful for everyone we've come in contact with at out Home Depot Store here in Danville, va.

This store is always a pleasant experience. The employees are always very helpful and so friendly.

This visit to home I received service not just help that why the title said "It's Not Dead" If this continues I'm going to make Home Depot Home

Did not and would not honor my 10% military discount

I waited for some one to help me in plumbing and finally Stefani came and was a really great help in finding and suggesting other parts that were not in plumbing and they worked

I normally find everything I need when shopping at your franchise.

The customer service at this location was awesome. The staff even offered to help load the materials in our truck

No one smiled. No one was interested in why I was at the store. They were rude and very unfriendly.

Great store. Always greeted at the door and always an associate close by asking if I need help or to assist if needed.

I like going to our Home Depot because I can get most things I need quicker than the blue store at the same price. The problem is, at least today, some folks don’t think it’s polite to say “hello, how are you” or “thank you”. Maybe it’s a small thing to most people but I like to know my business is appreciated, because the blue store is only 3 minutes away.

I drive over 30 minutes to shop at this Home Deot bc the service and inventory is sooooo much better than the Lowe’s in our town!!!

Store management is horrible at this location!

Porcha is awesome! She went above and beyond her call of duty today to help us out when we were faced with a dilemma. We purchased wood that we though would fit into our SUV but when we tried it did not. When I went back in the store with the wood she enquired on what was wrong and I told her. I advised her we had called a friend to come help us out. She reminded me of the one cut policy and proceeded to call someone to help us out immediately! One cut was all it took and we were off and on our way home! Thank you so much Porcha for all you do to make our trips to Home Depot enjoyable!

From the customer service rep who answered the phone, to the nice man in the garden center who located what I was looking for, to the manger who understood my situation and followed through by getting the item, to the checkout person (Willis) .... I felt like I was special and that they truly cared about making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I wish that I were closer to shop here every time I needed anything. I always try to buy Home Depot because they have the best brands AND they save me money! The Danville store has great employees!

This is my home improvement store of choice the employees are friendly and have knowledge of their products and where to find them in the store the shelves always seemed stocked i have had to order some stuff but it was a large job

Home Depot is more pleasant and merchandise-accessible than the competition. The store staff tries harder to please and provide answers to inquires & questions. Finding items are generally easier without merchandise placement being too busy. j

The store had the pole saw as advertised and at a price that was reasonable so it works well and I am satisfied with this purchase.
