Komi is an incredible asset to this store. He is usually to be found in the paint dept. If you have any questions or need help, I would highly recommend that you seek his assistance. You will be glad you did.

I went to this store today to buy a new lock for my door. Roy was extremely friendly and informative and helped me with my purchase. He did not talk down to me or make me feel ignorant.

I recently went to Home Depot just to browse and ending up buying two exterior doors because I needed them and they were on sale. Special thanks to Jamie, Keith, Rob, Sharon and Karl! They found a cart and helped me get the doors to check out and then tied them down in my car. They even checked to see if I could use any kind of discount! Who does that these days? They were all super friendly and super helpful. I made a BIG mistake and picked out the wrong size doors, but they acted like it was no problem to unload them and swap them out for me. They went out of their way to help me and make me feel comfortable shopping there. Home Depot I hope you know what a great team of people you have there!!

This store is extremely convenient. There are particular products that I would consider not going anywhere else but Home Depot. I have always been pleased with my shopping experience. The store is always clean. I couldn't find what I was looking far at first, but a person on the floor directed me right to the location. Thanks.

The Trussville Home Depot has always been very helpful and friendly!! We love their low prices and love the Clearance section. We have used this store to literally build our first home and now our second home!

Staff in every dept always friendly and willing to answer questions and help me find item I'm looking for...it is always fun to go whether I'm looking for home project or gardening....

I really like this store. As a former long-time retail employee, I'm really impressed by how organized the store is, how helpful the associates are, and just what a great job they do from end to end. Even when I come in for small purchases like I did recently, I'm treated very well and helped however I need. Thanks to Roy and everyone else in the store for making my shopping here very pleasant.

The service and help I received from Thomas in the flooring department was excellent. I love going to this Home Depot they have people there with very good experience there and there is someone always there to help you.

The paint department was very helpful in helping with my paint choice. The cashier. Joyce was very friendly and personable.

Kim from the paint department refused to acknowledge my presense, continued to work on paint stirring when all it would have taken was a “I’ll be with you in a second.” After a few minutes of being ignored, I asked if I should call for other help. She angrily said no that she could help but she had to work on a contractor order first. No apologies.

The absolute friendliest people, always so nice, sincere and helpful. Would not think of going anywhere else.

My shopping experience was great the employees were friendly and helpful. The only down side I had was when I got to the cashier she was rude and unprofessional. I wish I would have done the self check out and saved myself the whole cashier experience.
