The customer service staff was rude and lacked basic customer skills. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal instead of a valued customer. All I wanted was a simple propane tank exchange. The kiosk opened up the door to 2, yes 2, EMPTY propane tanks. Good thing I knew the difference between a full and an empty tank or else this company would have swindled me out of hard earned money. Do NOT shop here.

If you're looking for appliances talk to Ryan Thompson. He knows his stuff, is a good listener and is very patient.

We have 2 Home Depot stores in Frederick. This one on McCain is well staffed with competent, knowledgeable associates. Associates are friendly and available most of the time. (Sadly, I have not experienced the same level of available, friendly staff at the store on Route 355). Sometimes I order the products on-line ahead of time and they quickly fill the order and have it ready at the customer service desk. Parking is fine and plentiful. Associates were quickly available to load my car with the heavy items. They were friendly and helpful.

Mr Mark Murray was an exceptional help to me at the Fredrick Home Depo. An order had been mixed up and he helped to resolve it.

Well I can't say anything good about management they always under staff and it makes it hard to be efficient in shopping. All the people in the store are helpful but if there aren't enough registers your not getting out fast. I would like to compliment several employees at this location. Rebecca in tile is always helpful she even offers to help you push your cart even if she's busy. Candace is always speedy at check out and polite, her knowledge of products is great. Cynthia at returns makes returning very smooth and easy. Tracy and Michael in millworks are always willing to help and there knowledge of products is excellent.

Good inventory, good people. Jan at the returns desk is a gem. Most all the employees engage well with the public and know their stuff- or find out what they need to help you quickly. Unfortunately, parking is mostly at one end of the store- the registers are at the other end. (Unless you are a "PRO"- then there's a red carpet feel, more convenient than for the rest of us)

Candace Taylor at this store was amazing, helped me get everything I needed through out the store.

Great resource. Ask for help (and come prepared) and you will find what you need.

Great store

This location in Frederick is my go to place for all things I need to care for my home and do reno work. The service is excellent and that makes all the difference for me.

The store is well organized, clean and the staff is excellent. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they have a good variety of products. I especially like the Ridgid tool line.

Very disappointed to learn Home Depot no longer offers military discounts to veterans that have a valid state driver's license with veteran status. Only active duty and retired veterans are eligible.

I always have a great experience when i go to shop at Home Depot. Trouble is I always find to many things I want to buy.I like to walk up and down the aisle to see what new gadgets i can find to buy. every store employee ask I need help finding something. If they are working or stocking the shelves they ask what i need or if they can help.

I find the 2511 store to be very well stocked at all times and the personnel very friendly., Keep up the good work On my last visit I found what I was looking for with no problem. Had decided on one and changed to another. No funny faces or really, just that will be great.

We are brand new to Home Depot at #2511 as we just moved to Middletown, MD from Charles Town, WV. Positives: 1) Your appliance specialists are very knowledgeable and helpful. 2) The store is well stocked, organized and clean. 3) Returning items was very easy for me as a first time customer to this store. Cons: 1) Air conditioning is NOT properly working. 2) Cellular service for AT&T subscribers is terrible in your store. 3) I'm not provided e-receipts when I check out. Our previous Home Depot at #4805 does provide e-receipts even w/ debit purchases (I don't want to use my HD CC just for e-receipts), provided great AC throughout & had excellent AT&T cell coverage in its store. Please enable e-receipts for debit purchases.

Smaller store I think, received helpful service from the staff there. I’ll be visiting again.

The Home Depot store on RT-40 on the West side of Frederick is easily located and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to visit a Home Depot store.

could add more coffee choices. perhaps an espresso/cappuccino machine, I would be glad to pay a nominal amount ($1.00)

We always go to this store when in Frederick and have been 100% satisfied with the service we receive there!

The employees were not knowledgeable of the ítems I was looking for. I had to follow them through the store looking for them. One employee told me the island number and turn around and left, I still had not finished my question. Made me feel bad.

Great job Home Depot on Rt. 40, Golden Mile. Had sump pumps right at the door to make it easy to pick the right product and deal with flooding!

I shop here and have done so since they opened. I am always treated with respect and all who work there take the necessary time to provide help.

The employees at this store are always professional, helpful and pleasant. Especially Erin and Bill (in lumber). The store is clean and the well kept.

I love shopping at this store since it is about 2 minutes from my house. The convenient location is important to me. Associates are usually very helpful, however during the evening hours sales reps are limited.
