good idea, not best quality
We bought two about a month ago and the install was as easy as advertised, especially if you have two people. My complaint is that after only a month, the retraction mechanism is not functioning, and door will not open all the way or if we manually open it the screen is not retracting in the casing. Would love some advice or followup from manufacturer

LOOKS SLEEK
First one I received was broke and missing parts but Home Depot immediately sent me another one and the broken one was picked up by UPS. I found a video on you tube and it literally took me anout 5 mins to put it together and 10 mins to install. I love it. Unfortunately I have walked into it a couple of times. But no harm to the screen… just my ego. Highly recommend this. I just ordered anither one for my back door.

Love it! Until!
I love my retractable screen door. It convenient easy and easy ro install unfortunately I’ve had it less than a year and the latch broke. I paid $180 for this door for a small plastic part to through the entire door off for the amount is not worth it! Now it will not stay close!

Not worth the hassle
The box advertises 80 - 80-7/8 inch door frames but the framing on the one I just brought home is a good inch longer than that… spent way more time than I should trying prepare and get things right on sizing only to be disappointed when the height advertised didn’t come as stated.

HD Sent Wrong Item Size and Color l
ordered the 78" Black , Received 80" Bronze. I 268 for 78" Screen. they shipped 80" version in Bronze. Called to replace and now must wait three more days this time with no door at all. major pain in the Ace. I'm leaving this review to document what happened. Home Depot states UPS will pick up today. package is ready for them.

Fresh air
This retractable screen door is perfect. We did not want a screen door that had to swig out into the patio space so this worked out great. We can now enjoy some fresh air and keep the dogs in/out.

This was the 2nd screen door that I have to return, Both of them cracked in the same exact place, extremely cheap, and definitely not worth the money!

Easy solution/install but flimsy
Worked pretty well for a couple years, though sometimes screen will pull out of track and get bunched up. But handle is flimsy plastic and broke off completely with normal use. Would have expected it to last longer for the price. Trying to see if I can get a replacement handle, but think probably unlikely.
