I purchased an item IA had looked for in other stores. It was less expensive and the employee seemed to be very helpful.

Went today to match & buy a special color paint & the young lady that waited on me was so nice, friendly & helpful. I noticed all the employees, I saw today, were very friendly & smiling. A pleasure shopping today.

Thank you to Roy in appliances who welcomed me as a new shopper, and who took time to explain and assist/measure the appliances that I need for a kitchen that is set to be remodeled. Also, an off duty employee who had just taken her pretty black cat to Petco, she helped me in the cleaning solution aisle. The employees are knowledgeable and welcoming. Great experience, fantastic first impression of this business.

I usually use the app to find the items I am looking for in the store, however a very nice employee named Dale helped me find the items I was looking for. He listened to my issue and happily helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The human conversation is nice in this digital world. And I have to say Home Depot employees at this location do a fantastic job of doing just that

My mom and I went to this Home Depot to look for a new fridge for her. Roy greeted us and was excited to help! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us find EXACTLY what we needed. His service was above & beyond and he is the reason I’ll keep going back!

In purchasing our new washer our salesman Roy was very helpful and knowledgable. He made the transaction quick and painless.

Roy, an associate in the appliance department helped us “find a unicorn” to locate a specific appliance that fit our unusual situation. Roy listened to our needs and searched high and low to locate a model that we needed. Good customer service was a given for my generation but not guaranteed nowadays. I will shop there again.

Went to this store yesterday and was told by the cashier (Jackie) that I did not place the item I was purchasing (one pencil) on the proper side of the scanning window. She told me this put more work on her, etc. Will not go to her ever again and if she is the only register opened will just drop the item and walk out. Don't have time for this crap.

Auburn store had everything we needed to stain our deck in stock and helpful employees. Definitely a go-to store for home improvement needs!

We just moved from the east side of Rochester, having lived there my entire life (I’m 51 now), the staff was much friendlier, took time to ask if we needed any help, through each section we were in, one woman helped me as I had put my purse down to pull something out and errant my latex it on the shelf. When frantic to find she walked through the store with me and then called my phone, which we then heard ringing.

Mary was my associate in my shopping nds today. She was very friendly, helpful and even gave me a discount and some very useful tips that will save me money in the future. There was also another gentleman whose name I didn’t get. But, he was in a w/c. He too was very nice and took a lot of time helping me decide which product was right for me. So, overall, I’m so satisfied with my purchase that I opened a credit card for future use. The store has always been very clean and the sales ppl don’t follow you all over the store. Nor do they get very needy when they see someone…lol

Left the store at 3:53 pm today after a FANTASTIC experience. A girl at the Customer Service desk came to the Isle where the item I wanted should be, climbed up and searched 2 or 3 boxes until she found the item I wanted! She was so nice about it! The girl at the checkout area was also very helpful and friendly. I love this store!

Had great experience at Auburn, NY Home Depot. Drove 40 miles and worth every minute. Excellent, friendly customer service. Wonderful teamwork. They saved me both time and money

I bought potable air conditioner and this nice woman Donna helped me and showed me how to set it up. She took her time to explain everything too me.

I bought some pressure treated 1 x 6 lumber for a step I was building. I had my car so I was happy to find some of the lumber in lengths of 42 inches. The were all straight, of good quality and fit easily into my car. Everything was neat and well marked.

The associates throughout this particular Home Depot are wicked helpful, they know their products and the work (whether it's plumbing, flooring, or choosing plants).

Cashier Mary was super helpful. We went through self checkout. She came over and helped with items not scanning. Offered us an opportunity to save some money. Helped with the transaction. Very personable. Funny and a good asset to your company.
