I’m in your store shopping at least three times a week . I used to be a grocery store manager for a large chain 27 years experience. I must say you you have a great management team. and As an over on I read all your employees (10)!! Whenever I need something that I can’t find 99% of them will walk me to the item. If I need a board cut Scott or Tim is there to do so. There is also a guy in your paint department, Go’s above and beyond, when you need some help or suggestions! When I go to check out Anita, Diane, Are all so helpful. I enter the store , they Greet me my name. And they always say goodbye! When I was a grocery store manager every once in a while out of the blue I would have an employee appreciation day, Weatherby pizza or subs and there were times that corporate would pay for it and there are many times that I paid out of pocket. I don’t know how you are corporation works as far as that goes? But I think your whole team deserves one of those days!! I always enjoy my shopping trip!!Thank you and thank your team

This store management needs to educate it's customer service employee's on the use and abilities of the computer systems.. I spent more than 1 hour waiting to pay for a carpet purchase/installation project because the folks at the desk were not able to find my order due to associating me with someone's else account.. Finally, a knowledgeable associate took my paperwork and located my order. This negative experience did not end there due to not being able to confirm a installation date for my project.. Either no one ever returned calls after leaving messages and/or the phone continued ringing without anyone answering the call.?? I did receive a email stating my order would not be shipped until Nov.20. This is NOT what I was told from day 1 (Nov.2) from sales associates. As of this date I am still waiting for some type of correspondence.. Disappointing, but not unexpected..

Generally a well stocked store and often knowledgeable staff (eg..the staff in doors actually know something about the product lines).

This store is so much cleaner than most other home improvement stores and the staff is wonderful. Top notch customer service!

Ordered a 3700.00 special order door very poor delivery service shipping and receiving is absolutely terrible person in charge should be looking for another job. Truck never showed for delivery or pick up dates and door came damaged.

I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Just one note of concern. I am a veteran and receive 10% off my purchases but because the sale price was already 10% off, the additional veteran’s 10% off could not be applied to the purchase. I feel the additional 10% should be able to be taken off for veterans. Other than that, my overall experience shopping at Home Depot was satisfactory.

The Auburn Home Depot is always very neat and well stocked. Their staff are always willing to help, A+ for customer service! With all of the new "rules" for social distancing, the Auburn store makes the process go as smoothly as possible and through all the difficult times, their employees are always smiling. We have 2 options in Auburn and the choice is very easy......Home Depot

store has lots to offer in tools of more than a couple different manufacturers. well kept and maintained. I also love the fact that if your having trouble locating something... which it typically isn't to hard with the way it's usually set up, the employees are always willing to give a helping hand and give you they're expertise on the product your looking for if you need it. definitely would recommend auburn home depot.

I was very appreciative of the way the Store was running due to the corona virus!! I needed something in a hurry to unplug my sink...they made it very easy to get in and out safely!!!

During my recent visit, the store was clean and staff were plentiful. I requested help in the paint department, and as the associate called for assistance, he took the initiative to start my request (I needed a paint match) until the appropriate person arrived. Also, the Customer Service associate was extremely pleasant and talked me through the process of refunding my item, as well as what she could do about an item I didn't receive in my online order, that showed it should have been in the box. She was so nice. Well Done Home Depot.

This store ranks above all the other home improvement stores. The staff at the Auburn store are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always neat and clean and the employees greet you with a smile.

The Auburn Home Depot location is the best. The store associates are friendly and helpful. Not only did they help us find what we were looking for, they assisted us in picking which product was best for our needs. The store was very clean and organized! Great customer service from start to finish!

Many areas of this store are unorganized, and the garden center is filled with dead and rotting plants. Do not waste your money buying plants and garden essentials at this store.
