I always find everything I'm looking for when I go to Home Depot in Augusta. All the employees are very friendly and always helpful. One thing I particularly like about them is that they not only tell me WHERE the item is I'm asking about, but they walk me to the very place it's located. The manager of the Augusta Home Depot is extremely nice. Morgan offered suggestions when I was shopping for a washer and dryer based on her personal experience with them. She didn't pass me off to an associate. She took the time to assist me herself. Home Depot is great place to shop.

Went in looking for a riding mower on a budget. Store employees were able to help me out and get me a better mower at less than I thought I would spend. Cashiers were super nice, too.

While What ing for Tammy to show up.wanda said she could help me. There was no price on the fridgerator.when I ask Wanda if she could remove the box so I could take a look at it. She just shook her head. I told her that was very unprofessional.it was a quick look at the size. I didn't really inspect it close. Then at the register I signed up for the home depot card.through this I had too do it again because .I wasent told that I couldn't use my bepot card. When I got home I took the box off a my girlfriend noticed a big dent in the side of it.

Exterior services took a huge dump on my investment property project, I bought a new roof and windows and had to deal with the difficulties of home depot services contractors doing shoddy work on my project and sending bad information, or no information at ALL up to Corp., killing the momentum I had worked VERY HARD to build up coming into my project... long and short of it: They failed to put silicone seal on the top of the bathroom vent stack boot on my new lifetime roof, resulting in a leak that ruined my bathroom ceiling and wall in the rental unit two times, and they failed to properly apply new flashing and roofing under a new window ALSO resulting in a major leak dead center of my rental unit kitchen/dining room area that wasn't resolved for over 14 months while I was unable to have a tenant as planned.... this rental unit had also just gotten new flooring by home depot and paint from another contractor just prior to the roof leak scenario.... it's been over a year, not so much as an apology, I have decided to shop here some more... now, I was charmed into prepaying for some arborvitae with the promise of delivery to my rental property within 48 hours..... Another total hassle, their vendor pulled two no show, no call resulting in the expense of me having a crew drive 1.5 hours round trip TWICE for them to then call me from the store insisting I come get them... that was NOT what was promised when I prepayed last Weds...…. it is NOW 1 week later, I never received MY prepaid trees, and I am still on hold, now for my 4th. attempt before Life tears me away again.... this call is over 43 minutes long already and NO HUMAN CONTACT! I have used Home Depot MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE, and it seems like NoW I need to shop elsewhere, and I need my refund! P.s. I DID get a refund, and I am working with customer care to discuss things, we shall see... I don't quit easy but I'm tired of being a doormat.

I was greeted by the associates I encountered in the store and they had my pick up order ready to go and had me on my way in under five minutes. Well done!

The Augusta location seems to have the most helpful, happy employees. To me that means they are being treated and trained well which means good management.

Good customer service if you ever need electrical help ask for Devon the man knows his stuff and helped me out a lot. They work as a good team there to make sure you can get what you need.

great customer service. customer service and store manager helped me with a situation in obtaining a credit on a gift card. They went above and beyond in resolving the problem. thank you Home depot for helping. I have always shopped Home depot and this only helps in knowing they value their customers and will help to make things right. This small gesture will keep me shopping in your store. The Paint dept personnel is always friendly and willing to help with any questions .

I LOVE THIS STORE! Did I say that "loud" enough? It feels good when we are on first-name basis with the staff and they with us. As soon as we see a familiar face the question, "What are you working on today?," is asked and then we are steered in the right direction if needed, or we get, "you know where you're going, right?" The store layout makes it easy to find what we are looking for, and it's always clean.

Each and every time we come into this store, we are met by friendly staff. We are currently renovating our 1955 ranch, dragging it kicking and screaming into the 21st Century, so we have a LOT of ongoing projects. This means numerous trips to Home Depot, lots of questions, and lots of helpful advice so that we can complete our projects.

Great customer service no matter what department I need and easy to find item locations.
