The employees are always very helpful and will walk you through the store to find the product that you are looking for. They are also knowledgeable about the products throughout the store.

When i bought a NEW range a fey weeks ago the sales person would dot give my military disabled discount and no will tell me why??????? so what is up with that ????the range was over $500 dollars so what gives or do i start shopping at a different store. Not a too happy customer..................

Good experience

I came into the Batavia store today with an extensive list for our kitchen remodel.Steve in flooring was patient,knowledgeable,and took all the time I needed to complete our order which included items out of his department.Erin at the service desk was excellent too as she helped process the order and schedule delivery.Everything I needed was in stock and scheduled for next day delivery.You can't beat the kind of customer service I received today.

The staff are always very helpful in assisting me with my projects, and even suggesting and alternate way to my own which stops me from making mistakes. Thanks to all the store employees.

Very disappointed in the customer service for rugs. Salesperson forgot to credit my $35.00 and said to get the credit at the service desk. Really, so much for customer satisfaction. I guess it doesn't matter if you overpay or not. Too bad I used to like their flooring deals.

THREE ASSOCIATES, (MATT, AUSTIN, AND IVY), WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT LAMINATE FLOORING; AND SETTING US UP WITH A HOME DEPOT CARD. I SEE A LOT OF REMODELING IN OUR FUTURE. HA HA

I have found varied responses and advice from a number of Store Associates, good and bad, but my recommendation of the Store Associate to get the best and honest advise are Gary D. in Lighting, Bob C in Plumbing and I forget his name, the guy with the ponytail in Electrical, hope this helps. The guy with the ponytail helped me with a major project and worked me through it. Bob C. used to be co-owner of a Hardware store in Leicester, very helpful and knows plumbing, HVAC. Gary D. knows his area also, very helpful. See these guys if they are available at the time.

Cashier Sharon was very friendly and helpful. Young man in tile dept on 8/17/18 is always very helpful and walks around asking if anyone needs help. I have been in several times and he always does this. (Glasses, darker skin, 20ish).

I went to look at appliances. I was treated so well and everyone was so friendly and helpful I bought a set. I will continue to shop at this store. I get treated with respect! The store is always clean and stocked and if I have trouble finding something there is always an associate close by to help me. The people at this store actually KNOW what REAL customer service is!!!

This Store is Always Clean when we come in. We shop here often & have always been greeted, waited on and treated with respect & genuine interest our needs . The absolute majority 98% of the employees are terrific. They are helpful, friendly and go out of there way to help you. They go the extra mile to make sure you find what you are looking for and assist you in a way that you feel is totally genuine. I call Home Depot Batavia my second home as I am in the store almost every day and most two or three times since last fall when I started my project to remodel my Marine son's apartment house as well as add a efficiency apartment on to my garage. It is a pleasure to shop at your store.

I have found the employees at most Home Depot's and particularly this one in Batavia are knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of contractors who actually know things as opposed to inexperienced people who can't answer real questions. Admin staff has patience and empathy for undersatnding customers. I re-did all the plumbing in my house with PEX pipes after the Home Depot people explained it. It went extremely well. I would not have tackled it without their expertise. I'm sure I could have figured it out on my own but I would have stuck with soldering without an expert I could be sure knew the facts. I really like the fact the employees seek out customers with questions and they don't avoid them so they cna get their restocking done or whatever. I wish Home Depot was closer to my town but I will go a little further for it. I have just had them out to look at a few windows that need to be replaced. The jobs is still in progress but the price and quality of the windows so far is excellent.

Felt as if the requirement for specific military documentation was very restrictive. I presented New York state driver's license and was denied military discount due to that not being acceptable documentation.

Great folks who are extremely helpful and always eager to help.

This store has the best most knowlegeable gentleman working in the Electrical Dept. his name is JT when ever i need electrical info or products i always ask if he is working so i know i am getting the right products for the job. JT also can tell you where to find other products in the store.

Kurt Mages is a valuable asset to your store. We have seen him several times and he has always been a joy to talk to. Real knowable on what he does.

Excellent customer service in the Batavia Store. From the assistant manager to the associates, to the cashier, to the loading folks, to the delivery....everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

This was a wonderful experience. Store was clean and well stocked. Every single employee smiled said hello and can I help you. A girl picked up our 3 80lb bags of cement and put them on our cart as we couldnt do it. Bob Christiano and his partner in the plumbing dept went way out of their way t help us with a plumbing project. It seemed to be a happy store with employees who liked each other ,worked well together and also liked helping others and the skilled tradesmen you have working there are much better than trying to get a surly 17 year old to understand what you need Smart move
