I bought this item yesterday and outright to work. It has a 14" bar which was big enough to do the job . It was easy to start the instructions were very well written. They were easy to understand. I have about 10 Ryobi products and the batteries last ,I I have to purchase 4 new 8ahr batteries that are 5 and 6 years old.

Bought it and took it right home and installed it with no problems

Good store . It’s close to my home . Employees were helpful and courteous. Mandi was pleasant and helpful.

I Got wood & kitchen appliances & totally different areas & the employees knew Exactly what I needed

Chris Savage is the reason we went to that store. Almost a year ago he helped us with window questions and was excellent. Yesterday he spent two hours with us and we bought $7,000 of windows. He is knowledgeable and professional. We will seek him out again for additional projects.

The overall experience was just as it has been for several years now,Horrible,No employee help in the isles.There were absolutely no employees anywhere to be found.I walked back and forth through the entire store with bad knees and a bad back and could not find one darn employee to help guide me to an item I was looking for.I gave up looking.Just terrible.This is not how I remember things from my generation.Im 57 years old and when I was young there was always always an employee there to help in all the department stores,in fact the employee would make themselves visible and approach the customer."Sir can i help you with anything?" Not only could I not find an employee,but most of the time I see them sneaking around corners hiding or quickly turning in the other direction to avoid me.My other friends all say the same thing.its horrible and everyone knows this about home depot.IM fed up with this lack of help in the store.Home depot can learn something from Value Home Centers,they still pride themselves on having workers up front whenever I walk into the store.,there is always someone there to ask if they can help.Pretty sad to see how people just dont want to communicate anymore nor engage with the customer.I wish Home depot would go back about 25 years when they were a much younger store, they had employees walking all over the store,help was everywhere,Those were the days.I know my email here will not change a thing and thats sad too because this is the only way to complain about serious problems yet nothing will be done about it.And yes this is a very serious problem because not only does home depot lose many customer sales each and every day but they have become known for having extremely lazy employees that hide on their customers.I even once hear a stand up comedian joke about how the HD Employees hide and run away from customers.Unfortunately this is not a joke.Where is the management? Where is the accountability? This is upsetting ,frustrating and pathetic.I also wanted to say that my last visit to HD,I spent over an hour waiting in the paint for 3 gallons of paint to be mixed.ONly one worker,there were 4 other people in line behind me,I was sweating in pain standing on my bad knees,quietly waiting.I had to finally sit so I sat on two large 5 gallon paint cans to relieve my pain and the employee yelled at me and said i cant sit there and told me to go sit in appliances.Are you kidding me?,Im disabled and I was in very bad pain waiting and waiting for 3 gallons of paint as she took care of the other customers before mine was even finished.I was very patient and kind customer and there were no bad words spoken between us to even give here reason to take that long on my order.We customers spend all our money at Home depot and HD wont even hire enough employees anymore to help us customers get in and out of the store in a timely manner.I am so upset and so fed up with this poor serviceThere is no reason for this especially with these outrageous prices we are all paying these days.3 gallons of paint over 200 dollars,Shameful,As far as Im concerned this country is doomed.I own 2 million in rental property and Im not saying this to brag there are many people with much more than I own,No,Im telling you this because I, like many others who shop at HD more often than not need to get things done quickly as we may be working on jobs,or need to get parts or supplies back to our workers in a timely manner.Home Depot Needs to step it up and spend some darn money from the billions profit HD makes and hire more emplyees,plop 4 or 5 good solid comfortable chairs in the departments that are known to take long like paint dept so customers can sit and wait more patiently,Thank you for your time.Anthony

Very helpful and considerate staff/employees

The motorized cart access is poor. You have to squeeze a cart past the shopping carts. On the good side, it is fairly easy to get help when you need it.

I love the customer service.

Staff is always willing to assist.

I bought 2 screen doors and check out cashier was more than happy to help me figure out my app for my discount I had found.

The Home Depot store in Batavia has the nicest and most efficient employees. I enjoy shopping at this location.

With the way workers shortage is, I always have a good experience. It may take time but again that’s where patience comes in. Also I like to keep the money with local businesses.

I have been to the store numerous time in the past two months. T DIXIE and Steve are fantastic, friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Flooring people are always helpful. The young man there was very kind friendly and really assisted my husband when we picked up a pallette of flooring. Night girl in pain department is very knowledgeable. And very helpful

Everyone was very friendly and so helpful! There was a very small young woman named Mary that greeted us at the door…..she was so friendly and very sweet!

Just wanted you to know that our cashier-- Izabella-- was friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. She told us about available things (warranty, charge card etc), but didn't push it if we said no thank you. Good employees are hard to find. She's a keeper!

When you have been going since 6am and its now 8pm and you are still working and you stop at home depot for the last things you need for the next day and cashier starts babbling about going home 3-4 times and leaves your order in sprawled out over 2 counter areas, then starts taking care of the next customer while you are trying to get your items together so you can leave , is that a great experience? maybe you could've asked if I wanted a bag, or atleast grouped my items together after you scanned them, maybe taken care of me before you answered the phone and had that conversation with someone.

I am quite happy with the Batavia N.Y. depot! Always my go-to for home projects. I do have a concern I'd like to address: the check out process would be much better if the store provide self check outs or cashiers at both ends of the store. The store currently provides preferred parking at the entrance where the cashiers are to the "pro" builders and none at the other end for the novice "diy" builders.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Batavia, NY Home Depot. I can find the items I need, the products are high quality, and the customer service is always spot on and provided by friendly, engaged representatives.

The gentleman in the gardening area joked with me and my son. Then he proceeded to direct us to every location for every item we were looking for. He was busy working but went the extra mile and made us his priority. Love this store!

Debbie at self checkout was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She was rude and abrasive. Couldn’t handle a few customers.

DO NOT GET A BAG. THE CASHIER WILL NOT GIVE TO YOU THE BAG . YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO GET IT THE BAG . WAST YOUR TIME AND GAS

I shop you’re often for our church. I the cashiers are generally friendly and helpful. But, on this trip, Shana was especially upbeat. I watched her if she very gently, and patiently helped an elderly gentleman that was having an issue at the self check out. Then, she had to come over to my Checkout area to do what was needed for the tax exempt for the church. All the while she was very upbeat and efficient.

I am always in a good mood when I leave Home Depot in Batavia! Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They make helpful suggestions and are always friendly.
