Friendly faces and positive attitudes is always refreshing. The employees here make you feel right at home almost as if you are family.

They were running short handed in returns.

The employees and cashiers at this Baytown store seem to be more willing to help locate items and / or answer questions than at some other store locations.

If they are people like Terry and every aspect of the store then less confusion and more results. I also would like to point out that it is so much more efficient to have a constant atmosphere of help. I find it irritating that I wait on an aisle with no one around and I have to search for someone but, in this case Terry at Baytown was more than made up for this inconvenience an employee that deserves a promotion. ~Compression Vaule Guy

great store and great emploies

There was a mess down the main isle between electrical and garden. There were people in black shirts doing resets and other things that couldnt help or didnt know anything . But they were HD employees.

Garden employees are friendly and knowledgeable about plants, dirt and the mulch. Very helpful and even do the loading.

This store is an exceptional store, along with very friendly employees, I highly recommend it for all your shopping needs.

I had help once I’ve entered the store, the employees were very helpful. I’ve bought 9 blinds for my home. I’m very pleased with the product and can’t wait to continue to buy more products to repair my home

This Baytown store always has associates willing to help and if they do not kn ow the answer to your question , they will get someone that can .The store usually has the materials i am looking for in stock. Should they not have it they tell me where it is at5 another store or when they can have it delivered to this store.

I have been a Home Depot customer for many years but am disappointed in the fact that there are always only 1 or 2 checkers working each time the I have shopped at the store. Lines form quickly at those cashiers and someone else is walking around trying to get customers to use the self check out lane. I WILL NOT ever use that lane and will shop somewhere else if it ever becomes the only way to make a purchase. Most of the other customers that I have been waiting with have also expressed the same opinion. Please DO NOT go to a self checkout system!
