Employees are so helpful and attentive!!

I was renovating my master bathroom and took out my 30 inches vanity knowing I had 1 on the way,just to find out they we’re delivering a some type of game chair,instead of this people apologizing to me ,they made me look like a fool,They send me an email saying I refuse the vanity that they deliver.I re order at the store and was given a 200dollar discount and,And was told This vanity will here between 5 to 7 days but online it says the 31st when it arrives.

Happy with everything I buy, shop 3 to 6 a week in Baytown

Please get rid of the self check out. You have employees in the store helping you find things and figure out what you need but you have no one to help you check out that is ridiculous.

Attentive, well stocked and friendly. Just need the military discount. This is my favorite Home Depot. Need parts rentals and vehicles for rent.

Can never find an employee for help SMH

I went to Baytown store to redeem my in store gift-card after receiving such rude behavior from Pasadena store. Baytown is the only store I will shop at now. I believe the lady that was helping me was Jamie. She has been there in that store for 10 yrs and her loyal customers see her out.

On 7/7/25, I purchased a zero turn radius mower and there were not any assembled to be sold yet. The employees checked to see if any were available at the store. There were some. I made a purchase plus the 3 year protection plan and it wouldn't be ready to pick up until 7/10/25. I arrived to pick up the mower and it was damaged and i reported it immediately and got a discount. I took the mower to put gas in it and there was gas already in it resulting in putting 1/2 gallon of gas. I took it home to test the mower and the gas that was already in the fuel tank prior to me putting any gas turned out to be bad. We removed the bad gas and put good gas and it started properly. I tried to move the mower forward or reverse and it would not do anything. On 7/10/25, I returned to the store with the mover and explained the situation to management and discovered that the mower I was sold was a used mower. I requested to return it and got a new mower. They told me it wouldn't be ready until 3pm and I arrived at 3pm and it was not ready. It was finally ready over a hour later.

I just bought this lawnmower yesterday and we went and got it today which I already mowed with it ! Love it

I bought several gardening items for my wife's vegetable garden. I found what I needed quickly, and exactly what I needed.

Buy a lot of tools mainly Milwaukee ,and building materials

I think Home Depot sometimes gets a bad rap on the customer service front, but my experiences have been very positive. I had a fairly complex issue that I needed help with (return of a recalled item out of the return period that Home Depot didn't show on their list as being recalled). Carolina was extremely helpful and got me on my way with a new lawnmover.

It was a wonderful experience. The sale lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was very easy and fast. She did an outstanding job answering all our questions. Great job...

I have never had a good experience at this Home Depot in Baytown. However, it is the closest to where I live unfortunately, due to the lack of options, I do have to visit this Home Depot every single employee that I come into contact with has some look of contempt on their face and audacity that I even have the nerve to ask them a question or to interrupt a conversation they are having with another employee not a customer another employee For example my husband and I were shopping down an aisle where two employees were obviously being flirtatious with each other we didn’t even ask them a question. We just drove our cart to where they were standing in front of the items that we needed the look on their faces like, how dare we try to shop and have them to move so that we could grab the items we needed and actually have them go back to doing their jobs was very offensive. Another time I needed help with self check out there were two girls standing doing nothing speaking to no one, and even with the self checkout light flashing neither of them came to assist me or even asked me if I needed any kind of assistance. It wasn’t until I said “hey!Could I please get some help?” Did they actually look at each other roll their eyes and then one of them made their way to me. Then, as stated earlier in this survey, I encountered four employees at the self checkout, and a manager, speaking to all four of them, letting them know that another employee needed assistance in their department with either a restock or setting up a display. All four of them stated that it wasn’t their job to which the manager then replied OK I’m off in five minutes so it’s not my problem anymore either and all of this in the center of where majority of the customers are within hearing range. That is the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service that I wish to make known. It’s not just once or twice. It’s literally every time I shop at this Home Depot, and like I said if there were another Home Depot closer to where I live, I would then go to that one but I don’t have that option

Self checkout is OK when there is someone neer to help with problems, but for the most part everyone in the store is to bussy to help anyone. I have to look around and ask someone to help me.

I've always had a great experience at the Baytown Home Depot.

I purchased a Honda lawn mower. The box was marked $549.00 but I was charged $599.00. I paid it because I wanted that exact lawn mower.

Horrible, self check out sucks!

We shopped for a refrigerator and found the one we wanted right away. The price was great (discount for the holidays perhaps). We were greeted, assisted quickly and had our questions answered without feeling rushed (despite the busy store)
