This is a great store - always neat and clean and employees willing to help

I needed several gardening supplies and help trying to figure out steps and material needed for a patio floor. The lady in the gardening section was very knowledgeable and help me navigate through the store to get everything needed to complete this project.

Staff looked for my order for 4 hrs at the end I was told that they needed to check the cameras to locate my order, I requested a refund and they said that they still need to locate the item to scan for a return to spect a call from them. They never called I had to call them at the end they said that the manager would need to authorize the return and that was it no apologies where offered to me.

Everything i needed was there and real clean store 10 stars

I bough a dewalt measuring tape for $40 after using it for 10 mi realized that it was defected. Could not figure out witch card I used and was denied and exchange because my name is locked that’s crazy I have been shopping here for 18years and that’s sad the tape was untouched and brand new

My home pipes bursted late one night and the Home Depot had already closed. My mom and I took our chances and asked anyway if we could enter as some team members were exiting the building. The manager Mari opened the doors for us and the gentleman J.R. assisted us with our needs. He even gave us a mini tutorial as to how to fix it. I thank them both immensely. They did not have to open the door or even help but they did. One of the more kinder interactions I’ve ever had in my life.

The workers at my local Home Depot store went above and beyond to assist me in getting the materials I needed for my project. Irene the person in charge of the tile area along with Mr Martin Rodriguez assisted me in getting the correct amount of tiles I would be needing for my project thanks again for all your help.

Make you wait for them to fix their mistakes(looking for battery they offer with tool). They wasted 35 minutes of my time. The manager was more interested in what she can’t do, than rather what she can do to remedy situation. Absolute joke of management.

I've been shopping at this store for years and I've noticed a significant improvement in staff helpfulness, stocked merchandise & motorized cart availability. That means a lot to a disabled person in such a large store. Just using curbside pickup means you miss out on deals and items you forgot to order. They just had some megabass speakers on sale that'll make great Christmas gifts. I bought five! Lol

We had to buy several items to do lots of interior improvements for the new building just acquired. And the staff was excellent, very friendly, very knowledgeable and the helpful in suggesting us the right tools for the various. We just came back again today to buy some more tools. Thank You Home Depot for being in our neighborhood and so good in helping us.

This location is the very best now. Their employees are extremely helpful, patient and kind. They also always have stock now no matter what you are looking for. I won't shop at any other location now as this is the best one around.

The amount of help that was given to me from Zayuri Roman was phenomenally valuable! As a first time investor trying to figure out the concepts of building a kitchen, she helped tremendously with inputting up-to-code recommendations of the sizing and types of cabinets, provided education on layout, design, formalities, to what looks nice in the kitchen. She is very knowledgeable, kind and smart. This girl is going places. Julio was also a pleasure assisting me with lots of smiles and laughs. All front line employees that I've interacted with were very helpful, provided rich insight, gave valuable recommendations/advice and were a pleasure. Totally recommended location!

The staff at this Home depot is very helpful and friendly, not like other locations I have visited. It wasn't hard for me to find a staff member and each one I encountered was knowledgeable and friendly.

Every time I go in to Home Depot on 72 and Cicero I get greeted welcoming and very idle I go to there’s always some one there asking customers if any one needs help . It’s the best to be honest not a lot of Home Depot have employees like this Home Depot that’s why I love coming to this store on 72 and Cicero ! There employees speak for them selfs! Good employees means good management and good management means good manager and supervisors! And store floor manager !

Need more cashiers and help to answer questions when calls are over the phone

Now everytime I go Pro has really great service

I came in this evening and the cashier wasn’t pleased to ring me out . I read a sign posted by the cash out and it said to ask the cashier for a free soda if the cashier doesn’t offer to open a credit card account. So, I gladly asked how to I get the free soda? Because of course she hadn’t done her job, She totally ignored my request and gave me my receipt. I laughed and walked away. Her customer service sucked.

I love the support this store provides. All of the employees I encountered were super helpful. Make this your store of choice.
