Every time me and my family are shopping at this store Vanessa F is always so nice to me and my family I do all of my shopping here. She helps me with my online pick ups and also returns she sold me all of my appliances. today I brought a snow blower she made my check out and shopping experience very simple. Hire more people like her she’s always ready to help I told her that I would do her survey she is such a ball of joy she jokes and laughs and comes ready to work thanks for being an essential worker more people should meet you. On Jan 15, 2021 around 5:30p I tried to use a store credit card issued after a purchase I originally made but for which my brother-in-law made the return since I was pretty busy at work at the time and we didn’t have the receipt any more. Now I was trying to make a new purchase partially paying with the store credit and the employee at the check out area saw my ID and I learned that that the card had a name listed there and I explained that the person listed for the card wouldn’t be able to redeem it himself and so it would be rendered useless. She called her supervisor who limited her appearance to make a speech about the person listed there having to be the one using the card. And proceeded to leave me there talking to myself. I genuinely thought she was going to do something else after stopping to chat and exchange smiles with the employee that originally called her. Since she saw that I was as still waiting there she said “I already talked to you, I don’t know what else do you want ME to say.” Wow! She gave no opportunity to explain that the person listed there was undergoing surgery for an organ transplant (at that very moment!) and so probably wouldn’t be able to show up at the store to redeem this Home Depot card anytime soon. I saw that she had not the will to help and left the store to look for a store phone number trying to find someone who would. I called the general phone number and was directed to the service desk where a lady simply listened and was able to help me. As I was finishing the transaction the supervisor who originally ignored me came in and out of the customer service area in plain clothes probably eager to go take her break, looking surprised I was still there. I am not a contractor but I have visited the HD too many times to know this behavior from an employee is uncharacteristic. She made us waste a good 30 minutes just on this visit. Hopefully she can be trained in providing a normal level of customer service. Also, useful would be to do away with the red tape and stop listing names on gift cards or store credits.

The store was clean and marked for social distancing. Mark from Doors & Windows is a great employee very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also cashier AJ was very nice and friendly.

Store is organized and really good environment

The cashier, Jazmine, was especially nice. She was proficient and courteous.

Tyrone from flooring was awesome! I had a long list of wire shelving to be sized. He took care of my needs. He Was very friendly. The shelves fit perfectly. Asm James checked to make sure all was going good. I let him know I was really happy w the exceptional work Tyrone did for me.

This store is amazing and so are the employees, especially Aaron. I'd recommend this store to anyone

Three employees made my visit a grand day. Terri from kitchens and Olivia from plumbing helped me locate items for my projects. They gave some insight on my projects.. they helped locate the out of stock items in other homedepot stores. Cashier delfino was fast, efficient and friendly

Diane from hardware helped me finish my project. I replaced 4 deadbolts and a door knob. I needed spare keys. Great advice on lock choice

Store associates Tony and Irene were extremely helpful and were able to help my wife and I locate the carpet we were looking for. Great way to turn the shopping experience around considering this was the second store I visited this morning, being the first store wasn’t so helpful. Tony was able to get the machine back on track to ensure he was able to cut the carpet for us and even help recommend an adhesive to help stick the carpet. Thank you Tony and Irene for the help!!

mark from millwork saved the day! I was in need of an old school door deadbolt. He knew exactly what needed. He walked me over to the "old school " door accessories . We discussed my project intention. He nailed it.

We always shop at the Bedford store. It's clean, good friendly employees, and we know where to find everything. Plus a big parking. Oh handicap parking space, plus handicap bathroom's.

The store manager Mr. James McKinney has a heart for his customers. He is kind and patient. I will always shop at this Home Depot because of his excellent service.

Everything was stocked as can be with supplies. It was clean and things could be obtained with easy access. We even found products in the aisles we were shopping that we didn't consider to get for our backyard problem. The cashier (Gisella) was great and I asked her a question which she didn't have an an immediate answer to but instead of saying "I don't know" she quickly said "would you like me to get someone from Customer Service". She had a friendly smile even with a mask on.

trey from flooring did a great job. He was able to fix an out of stock scenario. I ordered some blinds online to be picked up from your store. I drove 25 miles out of my way to pick them up. As soon as tried picking them up. I was informed that they were out of stock. Trey was able to cut down an oversized blind for my needs.

Great Costumer Services !

Employees were rude during the item returning process of a house plant. The employee, Joyce, took the plant, rolled her eyes at me and told me that next time i only had a week to return plants, contrary to the Home Depot one year return policy on houseplants tropicals and landscaping. She has shown similar behaviour towards my other returns in the past.

One of the employees, Tony Estrada, went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations in terms of service and knowledge of what I was looking for. Going the extra mile is an understatement for what he did. I am a senior and I have no one to help with things around the house. Tony offered to deliver a countertop for my bathroom and helped me clear some weeds in my yard. Best employee at this store hands down!

Employees not checking their work, charging me for items that were not in stock, but in my order. Now guess who has the headache of getting it fixed? Yep, ME!

After waiting to speak to a manager for almost 45 minutes I decided to make my purchase and leave the store while doing so I watched this young lady escort an elder out of a long line of self service and check her out closer to the exit. After giving her riff at the customer service desk I asked for her name she said Vanessa why? I gave her no response and walked toward the exit. This young lady deserves an applause I’ve never seen anything so humane Inside of an Homedepot most people wouldn’t show action towards an-elder they usually turn their heads and avoid the customers. i feel really bad about being rude to her she has my employee of the year vote.

I usually shop at the store nearby my house. But on this particular day I decided to shop in the Bedford area since I had to make a few errands. No workers were available in the lanes. The ones that I did see didn’t have much urge to help so I decided to make a complaint at the customer service desk. After waiting for this young lady to assist about 4 customers returning and 2 people getting on web orders she apologized about the wait and assisted me Fola is a great worker she helps me. No matter where I need help she’s always available she helps me with paint , ordering appliances, returns even ordering things that aren’t in the store she’s always smiling and saying funny things she’s a great hard worker side note hire more people she’s always in the front alone
