Employees very friendly, store neat easy to find stuff

I love how close this store is, it has a variety of items that quiet frankly I some times am not able to find in other homedepot stores, I have visited springfield location for example, on my way back from work it might be the closes but wont always find what Inam looking for and customer service is not the same. So 10 stars for the homedepot in Bloomfield and for their employees, very knowledgeable of whats in store and their isle location.

Shakima & Veronica are stars in my book. The made my trip to home depot pleasant experience. You guys rock

Maria at the pro desk was knowledge, efficient, very helpful and friendly with a big order. She got me out the door quickly without even with signing me up for a credit card! Sales associates helped me load the material onto the truck!

I would particularly like to commend the cashier (Dali) who assisted me. She has helped me before when I asked a question about a product. She was on her way to taking her break, but she stopped and helped me to find the item that I needed. On this occasion however, she was my cashier, and I was glad she was the one there because I got upset when another customer stepped in front of me instead of waiting his turn on line. Before I could snap, she cut in and quietly defused the situation. I was actually surprised, because normally I would have had to handle something like that myself. I really appreciate her calm, sensitive and effective response to a situation that could have got out of hand. She showed initiative and the strong leadership quality that as an administrator, I try to encourage in the teams that I lead.

Associate: Dykeia is the best employee I've seen. Go in and ask for her and you will leave with a smile on your face I guarantee it!

This location does not sanitize carts or other things used to buy items also there is is no hand sanitizer for the public or associates that i could see, every time i go to this or any other Home Depot location through out New Jersey

Definitely happy with the attention my husband and I received from Cooper in appliances. We had been to about 5 other stores and couldn't find what we were looking for. This place was our last hope. He really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

I am very pleased with the customer care of the store and the knowledgeable staff in all the departments I have needed.

I fine all the plant and mr clean when I need it

I have been to the store several times before with no problem and received great service. This time It wasn't clear where to enter the store. It looks like they're only using one entrance and exit now but I didn't see any signs providing direction. It was easy to find what I was looking for in the store but getting to the cashier was confusing. I had to ask an associate which way the line goes but she sent two customers who arrived after me to the cashiers ahead of me. I had to stand behind the cashier during the checkout. I had to ask the cashier to give me the bag with my purchase. She turned her back to me after I paid. I didn't see that she hung it on her partition instead of handing it to me. I think three stars is generous but this is unusual for this location and I never had a problem here before.

This is the branch we visit for all our needs in the house. It always meet our expectations. We always find associates who helps us...

I've been going to this Home Depot location for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. They are always courteous and helpful and the store shelves are always full. Great store.

Line moved along quickly was nice and clean and great service

Home Depot at this location is doing a great job of making the shopping experience for customers pleasant and hassle free. The waiting line out side the store is long, never-the-less it moves fast. Once you are in the store the associates are pleasant, professional and helpful to even walk you to the items that you are seeking, making sure you find what you need and save time. The cash out is well done with the associate swiping your items and keeping the social distance. The store was clean. The self check out machines were closed to minimize multiple touching of the self check out machines; even so, the check out was speedy.

Great store. Friendly staff and lots o garden supplies.

Great store great staff, but I had a very bad experience with Danielle one of the supervisor twice the first time she took out items from my cart with the excuse it was one per person. Which I totally understand, the part I didn't understand why is she removing anything from my cart if they had cashiers on the floor and self check out was not in use this day. I was very offended by her actions. Today when I went to do an exchange i advised her I did not have my receipt and that I had purchased the item with my homedepot card. She advised me she was not able to do the return new store policy. I asked her again even if i purchased the item with my homedepot card. Then she became more rude and advised me she is not going to take care of me because I was screaming which was not true I had a face mask on and I had to speak a little louder in order for her to hear me fell it was just an excuse for her not to assist me. Her customer service skills need to be reviewed not sure how they have a supervisor that conducts her self in this matter. Rich and his staff are excellent!! I will recommend this store we can not let a spoiled apple rotten the batch. Thank you

With the corona virus going around as bad as it is. This store is trying very hard to keep the supplies in stock. Which is nice to see

I would like to thank Lorenzo (in the lumber isle) for being so gracious and helpful. There are times I come to this Home Depot and there is no one available to assist me. This time was different.
