The services is always good.

This store continues to make me feel goid that I ended my 5-year boycott of the chain for a horrific incident at the hands of store staff in the Newark store that HQ chose to not address. Lately, this store has excelled its own high marks in customer service, with associates more attentive and visible. I guess the economy shrinkage due to the COVID-19 has removed professional craftsmen's sources. More and more I have encountered empty shelves for many items used by the trades.

This location was very clean and the sales people were friendly and professional, especially our interaction with David Cooper. He had a wonderful personality and was a true professional.

Great home depot location, convenient and the employees are so helpful.

Ask for Mgr Zuly if you need with anything. She is ready and able to help you get the job done. Sales associate Malachi is also good too. Sometimes you need help and you want to be greeted with a pleasant personality and these two are going to give you Pleasant personalities. Thank You Home Depot for having everything I needed and offering me kindness.

Every time I go to the Bloomfield Home Depot they have everything when I entered the store and walk down the Isles I see special items that stand out like laundry detergent glass cleaner and even household products the times that I've been in the store the staff was very cordial and understanding on what I was trying to say the staff at Home Depot in Bloomfield as well as the managers are doing an excellent job please don't change anything about the store because that's why I keep going back because it's a pleasure to shop and that store

The Cashier Novena was very rude and exhibited very poor customer service. When first approaching the register I waited for her to finish a personal conversation with another employee. When she scanned my item I asked her if she could call a manager for a discount on the item because it was DAMAGED and had missing hardware. She said "No, it's not that bad". When I asked again she got upset and called someone over. The women that came over said $4 off and it upset Novena even more. I told Novena I would speak to a Manager about her rude and poor customer service she then circled her name on my receipt and told me "here is my name, it's for your complaint and told she didnt care what manager I would tell"

The Bloomfield Home Depot is definitely a great place to shop! Customer service was great at the service desk. An employee (I believe he’s a supervisor) named Charles went to the moon and back to ensure a great experience! Thanks Charles. 5 stars for you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I am definitely not shopping at Newark’s Home Depot anymore. I found my new Home to shop at. Thanks Mr Dalrymple.

I had to return an item and there is this exceptional young man at the service desk named Charlie and if you need any type of help anywhere in the store, he’ll go out of his way and help you no matter what type of help you need, he will find a way! This Home Depot in particular did a great job by hiring him. You definitely need to hire more employees like him! I give credit where credit is due and this is one individual deserves an A+ for outstanding customer service! Thanks, The Home Depot! I will definitely shop at this location more often!

the store clerk by the light bulb section named Eva was very helpful. Please refer to the survey i made thru homedepot.com/survey just a minute ago. Eva helped me all the way until she found the specific bulb i needed and even went to the computer twice to look up for the serial number of the product. she even dragged a giant ladder just to search for the bulb that's above the shelves. i approached her when she was in the middle of doing something but she stopped and helped me without any hesitation and proactively. she deserves commendation. Im not sure if her name was Eva but she is african-american at the light bulb section. i went today 12/18/2020 at 2:30pm if this helps you to track her. please make sure to commend her.

The site and its staff are pleasant. For a contractor this location is extra difficult with returns. They refuse items instead of providing store credit. As a business owner I sometimes ask my guys to pick up items from the store, if they lose the receipt or don't wait for pro svcs for phone sale, this store does not offer any alternative but to drive to another location to return the item. (Sigh) they refused three 8' pieces of lumber which could not be worth more than $10 which are difficult enough to transport. They took the rest of my returns but sent me back home with the lumber. The lumber did have bar codes and are in perfect condition. I will post a good review at the location that does accept asking with my experience once I get a chance to get them to another location. The cashier was pleasant but that didn't make up for lack of ability to serve a customer due to a location policy.

Customer Service Rep, Angelica is the best! I will go out of my way to shop at this Home Depot store, because I know she'll go above and beyond. I also instruct my contractors to go there and specifically ask for her. Angelica truly cares about your customer experience. Exceptional!

TODAY'S EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE OVER A PAIR OF GLOVES MISTAKENLY NOT PAID FOR AND LEAVING THE STORE. I HAVE BEEN VISITING THIS BLOOMFIELD STORE FOR YEARS AND PURCHASED OVER 100,000 DOLLARS EVERY YEAR WHILE REPAIRING HOUSES. TODAY ONE OF MY EMPLOYEE USE A PAIR OF GLOVES TO LOAD 20 BAGS OF CONCRETE CEMENT. AT THE TIME I WAS CHECKING OUT WITH THE CASHIER AND MYSELF AND THE CASHIER LUCY DID NOT SCANNED THE GLOVES PRICE TAG BEFORE FINISHING MY PURCHASE. AFTER LEAVING THE STORE LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER CHASED DOWN MY EMPLOYEE AND DID NOT ALLOW ME TO PAY FOR THE GLOVES. THE LOSS PREVENTION TOOK IT FURTHER HE CALLED THE POLICE TO THE STORE FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE THE COULDVE BEEN RESOLVED BY JUST TALKING AND BEEN REASONABLE. STORE MANAGER HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sometimes I see too many employees in the store hanging around doing nothing or talking with each other, then others working for their money doing a job for what they are getting paid for from Home Depot. Not only in the Bloomfield store but the Clifton store where I do most of my shopping in both stores. Poor scheduling of employees coming in and going home. There's a time for business and time for play in a business world. Also if an item is in the back of a shelf have someone move it forward, open up the box and/or display the item for customers to look at and neatness counts on a shelf.

Because I am painting to create an exercise room. I need a ruler that I see the professionals use. That gives the centimeters. I am putting up some stencils. I have a small foyer room. Forget about putting a closet rack. Clothing take up too much space, dominating your living environment. Enough with allowing clothes to occupy valuable room space. Putting my bike, weights, and exercise stencils on the wall, and a bulletin with food reminders on proper eating, Hey! time for innovation ladies.

I have always been a Homedepot shopper. From small furniture to raw materials. I am a project girl. I like to do stuff and keep busy. My mom was too. I buy tools, hardware, screws and fasteners, boxes, plastic containers, I look online for "How To Do Projects". I used to look at their "How to paint videos" with using the various styles and techniques of painting tools when they had them. I purchased some of there magazines, I even purchased a cartoon book on tools. That was just for entertainment purposes only. Drawing. I love it. And now that we are in an isolated state of living, more projects ahead. Now looking for air purifiers and heater.

Was very pleased with the staff and energy they have in helping people and the service i noticed them helping other customers.. Everyone was friendly and went over and beyond there call. Thank you and cant wait to go back.

My home depot is the number one in Jersey always in stock .store is nice and clean and neat staffs are willing to help out with your issues and concerns that a top priority......

I’ve been frequenting this store for about 7 years. I like going to this store, most times it is always stocked, so many others run out of stocked items. My one complaint if I had one is that I never win their survey giveaways.

Staff went above and beyond to help me find the supplies I needed. They stopped their own work to assist and walked with me through the store
