Best hardware store in bonita springs. Always have just what I need.

The store is huge so it is natural that a person who visits infrequently, like me, would have problems finding things, but the store staff helped me, several times in different departments, quickly and well. Each time I asked for help the store associate escorted me to the product. That really helps!!!

The Paint Department associates are fantastic, BUT SW 6359 is the paint I wanted and the associate told me the formula is broken in the computer and he can't fix it, so I had to go to Sherwin Williams and get a sample card for it so he could match it, then I had to wait extra long (after waiting in line behind contractors being catered to TWICE) for the paint because the multiple can paint mixer was broken. Now is that any way to treat a consumer who is spending more than $500??? Fix the multiple can paint mixer, Fix the computer programs for SW 6359, and don't make individual consumers feel less important and wait longer as you cater to, joke around with, and show preference for contractors, Also, it was frustrating to endure the associates expressing exasperation with the working conditions and negotiating break time amongst themselves while waiting on customers that are trying to get taken care of and get home. It took me almost a whole day to buy over $500 worth of paint, It was frustrating and the associates were not at all concerned about providing better customer service.

I was impressed by the good and quick customer service I received at that store. It was overall a great and satisfactory experience; from the collection of goods available to the friendliness of the employees; besides the store was clean and well organized. Nadine Cass

As Always, at my local Home Depot store, I was totally satisfied with my shopping experience at Home Depot in Bonita Springs, FL. Great Service for a good product.

This was the friendliest workers I have encountered in all Home Depot's I have visited. I commend the attitude of all the workers I encountered from the greeter throughout the store until the cashier.

The store location to my home is ideal. If I need something in a pinch I don't have to travel very far especially with lumber and large items.

I generally use store #280 but when I ordered a specific tile saw it was not available at my regular and was at Bonita Springs Fl location for same day pick up. Didn't even have to wait for "ship to store" I was impressed with the orderly fashion of stock on all the isles and Associates all through the store very friendly and offering to help. I will return to this store

Every time my wife and I have been in store, we both appreciate the friendly, patience and professional service of all the associates. My last visit to the plumbing supplies, I did not even have to ask for assistance, it just must have been the confused look on my face or the amount time it was taking me to a make a decsion and one of your very professional associates came to my aid.

The store is logically arranged for easy shopping. I go to this store for all my home and plant needs. The associates are very friendly.

The only wish I have with this store is the size. It was limited in size by the City. It is not as big as the Naples store and therefore it does not have all the same products as does that store.

the last time i went to the store the electric carts for handicapped were all broke. there was no sign warning handicapped people of the inconvenience, i walked in using a home depot cart to support me but after getting inside there was no place to even sit down. handicapped people need special attention or thought, the manager should have at least posted a sign warning people and there should be a bench near the door inside, people have to wait on other shoppers and there is no place to sit down.

We could not find an associate to help us, we were in several departments and every time we need help it was a mission to find help. Then if we did find someone they were pretty valueless, reading the shelves, labels, and directions. We could've done that! Needed someone a little more experienced. We were exhausted just from trying to find employees to assist. There definitely wasn't the attitude of customer service there.

I usually shop Amazon but decided to check Home Deport while looking for a new outdoor ceiling fan. Found the same Hunter fan in stock at Home Depot and it WAS $40 CHEAPER! Wow! So I put in my order, immediately got an email saying my new fan was ready for pickup. So the next morning went to pick it up. Customer Service lady was very knowledgeable -- I was in and out in quickly. Well, had to shop a bit to pick up a few items while I was in the store. Overall good experience.

Always finding some new product or innovation to put in the house!

Love the garden shop, now the fall flowers are in even though it is still very hot can't wait to change the flowers at home to fall colors.
