I shop at this HD store often and am ordinarily met with very helpful associates, although this last visit was a negative at the service/help checkouts. I felt Martine displayed a very negative attitude, was condescending, curt and impolite toward me. I'll steer clear of her in future visits.

Convenient store that is well stocked and prices reasonable. Helpful knowledgeable employees make the visit easy and quick.

Everything easy to find and in stock. Wasn't sure which department to find an item needing and clerk knew right off what needing and walked me over to the shelf. Bathrooms always clean which great for a contractor on the run. Aisles a little cluttered as setting up holiday displays near front store / checkout lanes but otherwise very neat & organized which makes my trip quicker and easier. Like other retailers, going more and more to self checkout which I hate, but overall a great experience. HD -especially Bonita location - is my goto for general supplies and tools / gardening / etc

The Bonita store is very helpful across the board. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. If you need wood cut, ask for Mauricio who is such a perfectionist and always wants to assist you in any way that he is able.

The 5 stars earned at the Bonita Springs Home Depot really goes to the outstanding service provided by Reuben in the lumber department. Here’s a young man that genuinely offered his assistance to load a couple dozen of pressure treated 2x8’s only to help me offload them because of my error and then load longer 2x8x12’s. All with a cheerful disposition. This done later in the day after dealing with customers all day long. Well done! May his tribe increase!

I just had a great experie ce at Home Depot. I purchased floori g to be i stalled. The rep called and was at my house the next day to measure. A very polite pleasant person. The peop.e i. The store in the flooring department were super. Wendy was geeat. I cannot remember the other person who assisted me. I also purchased a patio set. I think the young lade who rung me up name was Marlena. What a sweet person. Told me to sit and relax while she got all the information. I have difficulty standing for a long time. I will go to Home Depot for all my needs. Thank you all.

Employees milling around in your way talking about unrelated-to-work matters and ignoring you when you need to get to the register line. Can't get to the register to pay if staff are blocking the aisles. Garden Center and its staff are superb, which is the only reason I bother to go.

We have shopped at this store for 10 years always had a friendly smile and cashier. Clean store even during the seasons. We find any product that we need..

I really enjoy shopping at the store all associates are kind courteous professional the store is well stocked clean and attractive. I am a customer with a disability and associates actually walk up to me and ask me if they can help me at this store , feels like home.

I would rate it a ZERO if that were allowed. I paid to have a garage door opener installed 3 days ago. I am still waiting to having a date scheduled for my installation. Home Depot took my money, but I have to beg just to schedule a date. I asked for help from the rep at Home Depot and he said they will call me "soon". It's been 3 days now and then it will be 7 business days minimum for the any installation date after that. I even had to order the garage door itself online from home and have it delivered here. . VERY POOR SERVICE !

Ask for management if necessary they will accommodate your needs. In flooring Sam is fun and effective. Lizzi at Customer Service and Toni also is very cute!
