Even though Kayla was technically “just a cashier”, she was the one that best helped us with our product search by effectively managing to navigate between what’s available in store and online etc.!!! I couldn't ask for better customer service. We had an equipment problem and were getting a horrible runaround from the manufacturer and their "service" centers. After hours of phone calls and getting nowhere but mad, we took it back to Home Depot. The Customer service associate, John listened thoughtfully, then involved the store manager. Problem solved. This store manager went out on a limb, refunding our money knowing that they would have to get reimbursed by the manufacturer. They totally stepped up, took the high road, listened and understood our problem and made it their own. Customer service? That's how it's done.

When an employee finally came to help me (after 2 pages), he was not wearing a mask. 3 other employees were chatting & blocking an isle w masks on their chins. They are the 1st employees in Naples i have encountered maskless. Im not sure if this is store policy or not, if it is, Ill choose a different hardware store in the future

Staff is either poorly trained or doesn't care (customer service). Instead of trying to find a solution to a problem, wasting customer time and communing together to come up with excuses was their go-to method of problem solving. Save yourself the grief and simply go to another location.
