Are Kids Workshops offered at the Naples Home Depot?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Buying a Dishwasher

My dishwasher of 15 years broke, so I came to the store to buy a new one. Cristina, your associate was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about the product, and guided me to make a good selection according to my needs and budget. She went above and beyond explaining the new innovations (soil sensors, improved water filtration, more efficient jets, dish rack designs, etc.,) and updated prices. In general my shopping experience was great thanks to Cristina!

Need More Help

Spent far too long in line as there was only one cashier. Then helped a disabled Army vet load his truck, since there were no employees to help. The lot was a mess with carts and trollies. Very disappointing.

Need work on customer service

On July 3rd, 2023 at about 5:15pm, was was met with employees walking away from customers as to not speak or address questions. The limber department gentleman was fantastic as well as the cashier. The rest were not helpful or appear to just be focused on their phone. Definitely some work and improvement needs to happen in respective or employees being willing to actually speak with customers. The more they can guide or tell a customer where to find an item, more likely customer with spend money for items they may need.
