Home Depot has done my kitchen floors living room dining room down my stairs hallway now they just finished March 5 and 6 My master bedroom Floor and both bathrooms and I’m very pleased job well done and I also bought the vanity set from Home Depot that I put in my bathroom

Has a frozen pipe on a National Holiday. I don’t normally do home repairs, have no tools, and know nothing about plumbing. Melvin in the plumbing department knew all the answers, found every necessary part, and patiently and clearly explained what needed to be done. Without Melvin’s help, we would have had no running water on that holiday.

An extremely helpful employee named Eric assisted me during my shopping experience. First I needed assistance putting an electric lawnmower on my flat cart. Eric did not hesitate to load it on the cart and even helped me in understanding the different models. I then asked for his help locating an electric edger that the app said the store had limited quantity on. He did not abandon me. He pushed the cart for me to the next aisle and helped me find it, unlocked the cage, and loaded it as well. He then placed my cart safely at customer service while he walked back to the shed section with me to help me price a storage shed. I did not find the one I wanted that day but he gave me valuable information about shed selection to consider for the future. Eric returned to customer service with me, asked the cashier to ring me up there as the items were bulky and heavy so I wouldn’t have to go to the opposite side of the store registers area. He waited for me to pay, then pushed the cart all the way to my vehicle and loaded it for me!!! He smiled the entire time, was friendly, knowledgeable, complemented my item selections and was engaging and genuinely interested in my project. I was so in awe of his work ethic and customer service, I locked my vehicle and walked back in the store. I asked him to take me to the store manager and I provided her with a verbal compliment on how amazing Eric was and that I rarely receive that level of service at Home Depot anymore. Please hold tight to Mr. Eric and possibly let him mentor struggling co-workers. Kudos to Eric!!!

I went in to pick out carpet. Did so and found an excellent carpet at a fab price. Ordered, scheduled appt. for measurement, now waiting for install. So far, so good. Thanks

Bart and the entire crew has ALWAYS taken care awesome of me when I shop at Bridgeton. I didn't get to see Bart during this trip, what a bummer. BUT... I did get to work with Mike at the Pro Desk and WOW! even when the boss isn't looking or in the store, this HD Team is TOP NOTCH!! The items I needed were out of stock in store, Mike ordered them online and had everything delivered to me SAME DAY at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

I couldn’t say I never had any problem shopping here.

I bought items for my apartment building had very nice customer service

I bought this yesterday and assembled it this morning. It was hot and sunny outside (91 degrees) and I enjoyed assembling it. The table is beautiful and seems very sturdy. It even has levelers at the bottoms of the legs. It looks nice on my patio.

My go to hardware store

I have been shopping at the Bridgeton Home Depot for over 20 years. I have been to other Home Depot stores and have never found them to be as friendly and helpful as your store is in Bridgeton. My husband and I have done any projects on our home and Home Depot was always our go to place. We even completely gutted our kitchen in 2017 that was 70 years old at the time and replaced it with all new cabinets, a new stove, microwave and refrigerator, plus put in a new tile floor. Using our Home Depot credit card and paying it off within two years. So thank you thank you thank you for being there Bridgeton helping Depot.

On the shelf items other stores don't carry. So convenient. Great location. Would recommend.

I would like to say my experience at the store was amazing

I looked at some carpet at the store. There was a lady who helped me and she was very helpful.

Always greeted with a smile or hello. The staff there have always been great and continue to do the same positive consistent thing each time I shop there

When you think about home improvement products of any kind including equipment needs, Home Deport has been there to answer our call. No need to recommend this company, the store is on everyone's goto store.

When I came into this store I asked a young lady if they had salt or ice melt. She was very friendly and sent me right to what I needed. I didn’t have to hunt around or ask another person (or two) along the way where the item was. I was treated like a customer who mattered.

Next time when a customer checkout and ask for cash back and don't get it is bad customer service.

I used my credit card for a purchase, with a paper receipt. At no time did I provide my email address. Home Depot used my credit card information to identify my email address and send me a survey. This is an incredibly outrageous invasion of my privacy. I will now stop shopping at Home Depot.
