The LawnCare Experts
Windred helped us choose an electric mower for our new house. He was knowledgeable & able to help us compare between brands. We also inherited crabgrass with the house, so He helped us find lawncare items & items to protect again pests as well. Some of the items that we needed were on sale, so that was even more of a plus.     Great Service with a smile.
    Upon entering Home Depot, I was greeted with all the associates with great smiles. I went to the paint department because I needed to find the paint that I had use at the house about five years ago. I knew what the name was, but I didn’t realize how many different paint colors there was in that department. I did find it when I went to the Aisle to get the paint there was an associate and he was very eager to help nice and friendly with a smile and he gave me his expert advice. I showed him what color I needed. He asked me what I want to paint and amount of paint and when he mixed it, it was the perfect color and he gave me a little card with the name and the blot of the paint for next time if I needed to come in so I wouldn’t have to look for it , I went to check out and there was more associates greeting me as I walked up to the front to check out, The whole store was clean and there were just a few people in the self checkout area and I was able to go right to one machines it look like someone was going to help, but they seem that I was able to handle it myself. I did appreciate the gesture though.

      Great employees
      I have been renovating my home over the past several weeks. I ordered flooring, bought paint, looked at lighting, needed drywall supplies, and some other items. On the occasions that I have been in the store it is clean and organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. One employee even stopped what they were doing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate the employees of my Home depot.

        Every visit is a successively worse experience
        Home Depot continues is downward trend. Whatever few staff members there are are usually skilled at hiding, but not much else. They are less than thrilled when you find them, but everything is someone else's area. Apparently, the entire staff take lunches at the same time, but this always comes as a surprise to the staff. There is no internal communication--they just figure someone else will "covee" for them. Obviously, management is non-existent. Really, though, no staff member is able or willing to help. Actually, they do anything to avoid helping. Theft is encouraged. There is maybe 1 checker, and she will let you know just how inconvenient you are, should you expect her to ring you out. The doors are right there, why bother her? I'm not really sure what they did to the checkout lanes, but whatever they did, it has made things very unpleasant and awkward. It seems that the checker must have their back to you. There is no good place for your stuff. Hope Depot offers an altogether unpleasant shopping experience. I did manage to find one product, but the time wasted to do so was insane. I decided to buy the other items on my list elsewhere. When I got to the checkout, I just about abandoned the item I had, and left.

            I am always happy with the selection and service at this THD (that implies great management to me!), but Erris my cashier really made my last visit one of the best! His great attitude is still making me smile a week later.
