Had a pricing issue. Item clearly posted on endcap with value price of 79.00 from 99.00. Item scanned at 99.00. Cashier called manager. He verified posted price to attendant and just walked away with out saying anything to me. Bad customer service. No apology or eye contact / sincerity.

Great employees who are always friendly and helpful.

The employees were very friendly, and the store was clean and organized. I had a great experience.

Our Bulverde store is fantastic and I've always had great experiences when dealing with this Home Depot.

My 5-Star review is because of certain employees who are simply marvelous: Mary at the Pro Desk checkout, Shane who probably specializes in one department but will help you in any and all departments, Burt, my original go-to guy for help and continues to be awesome at it, Rose in Returns is patient and lovely, and Jeff, another very helpful young man.

I recently had an encounter with a Home Depot employee, Justin S. He was fantastic! Best service ever!

Have more than one fork lift operator on duty. Its called cross training. When one is busy on a task and there is a need for another fork lift operator in the store, the store would have the means to assist their paying customers. So getting product down for customer to purchase today; and not ask and make them wait 1 1/2 hours for such fork lift operator to become available. That is ridiculous! If we did not need it today would have been different. Remember the customers are the reason you guys are there. If there are no customers then there is no need for you.

Colton Slater was amazing. He had great Customer Service skills. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He made my purchases seamless! He is a keeper!

Beware of their floor/carpet installers, Floor Pro Network (FPN). After I purchased carpet, had rooms measured & scheduled installation, (FPN) advised me that they would not remove carpet with Pet stains, (ridiculous!). Although Home Depot associates were extremely helpful, friendly & efficient, they should advise customers before sale, not after sale. HD Manager did refund my purchase & measurement fee.

The associates seem knowledgeable and willing to help or assist costumers, and the registrars are always friendly and greet you with a warm smile, I appreciate that.

Almost every single employee is rude and unhappy. Lowe’s has MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sam & Rose were particularly helpful, professional & patient to help me find the product I was looking for. This has been true each time I've visited.

Their prices on lumber has gone up $1.55 on some pieces in 1 week, with no answer as to why. I asked the Mgr on duty why, he did not have an answer. Asked why not sell it for what I paid last week, he said he can't, I stated, if you don't know why you went up, and you don't know why you can't sell it as previously. How did you become Mgr. He turned and walked away. Guess you don't have to know anything to be Mrg.

The store was very clean and items were easy to find.... But the Sales Cashier Rosario was polite, great attitude, and showed her appreciation for my Army service....... Thank you Rosario Army Strong......

The two associates, Morgan and Rick, are to commended for their helpfulness and honesty. My husband lost his special fireman's money clip in the store. Morgan was so helpful in trying to find it, took his information to call if found. Rick found his money clip in the basket and turned it into Customer Service. Thank you Rick for being so honest. This money clip was very special to my husband. Thank you Morgan for calling him immediately to let him know it was found. Employees that are honest and go above and beyond are hard to find and we hope Home Depot Bulverde recognizes the both of you. Thanks again!

Excellent Customer Service

Went in looking for plywood and had three store employees helping me get what I needed. I saw one employee and asked for help; before he could respond another store employee asked if I needed help! They help me get a pallet high up quickly and safely. I was in and out of the store with what I need in minutes!

I received a home delivery from a different store that was short 8 boards and 9 stepping stones. I called the Bulverde Home Depot for assistance. Chris in Customer service spent a long time trying to help me, even working late to do so. Then the following day Homer loaded up the items I needed and delivered them to my house! I had orginally ordered for delivery because, after having two shoulder surgeries, I was pretty much unable to do it myself. Thanks!

If I thought You would do something about the organization and terrible employee attitudes I would take the time to type it all out.But don't think you care about customer service.But I will glad to share my experiences with the general public!

I love this store and this community. But they are not taking this new covid-19 reality seriously. I believe they need to force staff and even all customers to wear face coverings to keep everyone safe.

I can find great plants at this store that I am unable to find in other places. I love their return policy on plants even though I have never had to use it.

While wanting in line at the cash register, Lisa noticed that the line was getting longer. Lisa stated that she can help (me) the next person in line at another register. After, thanking her, I asked her if she was returning from her break, and she stated she had just clock out but noticed that the line was getting long. I want to let management know that it's people like "Lisa" who make the Home Depot store outstanding. Thank you "Lisa" for going above and beyond.

The associates and managers at this store are always great! Eager to help and always greet me with a smile.
