Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there an appliance sale for the Spring Deals event?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and setting up new appliances indoors. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Don't miss out on these bargains.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is ready for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets inside the cracks, you could be looking at trouble. On the outside of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in May 2026?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on May 2, 2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this sweet keepsake box that fits all sorts of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
