As far as I'm concerned Home Depot offers no more or less than any other hardware store. I shop there more for convenience than anything.

GREAT STORE

Colonia Store 0981 is generally a good store but recently (March / April 2019) the customer service has been non-existent. I have had to obtain items from the overhead or cut bulk wire myself. Employees that I have found are either socializing in pumpkin patches or give the excuse they don't work in the department where I have needed assistance.

Love shopping at The Home Depot! Everyone is so helpful!

Only one thing that was so uncomfortable. When i use the self checkout . An older Indian employee kept looking over my shoulder as if I was going to be dishonest. Make me feel uncomfortable and like a criminal.

Always has what we need with employees that offer a lot of hands-on help for people who do not know much about home maintenance and the employees go above and beyond to teach safety while practicing good customer service.

Great customer service

The store is very well kept. clean, and neat. The sales associates were pleasant and have a wonderful personality. I was treated with the upmost respect. The merchandise was well stocked and the prices was clear and easy to read. I found everything I went in to get. The lines was not long and the time to the check out was about 5 min.

The Colonia Home Depot has done various jobs for our home. New linoleum floors, about 6 recently in 2018 and before. Also recommended a contractor to do a room construction, a kitchen cabinet job and a paint job. The workers who assisted us were very helpful. I always recommend them to my friends. Also, I'm always able to get home and lawn products to get chores done. Thank you.

I am impressed with the knowledge that the Representatives have at HomeDepot.

Customer service is lacking on customer services especially when it come to there name and address. This matter should be addressed. I hope your company is not losing money.

Store is clean

This store might not be a mega store but it is huge with customer service and products. During the busy weekend when everyone is focused on their own projects and getting the job completed, this staff make sure the customers are serviced and satisfied. No waiting in long lines, can't find what your were shopping for, no problem a team member with assist you.

Thank goodness I live near the Home Depot of Colonia. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seem always to be ready to help me during my shopping experience. If a staff member, which is rare, doesn't know the answer to my question they, quickly, someway get me someone who can help me. With this kind of store experience it definitely makes me want to shop at the Colonia Home Depot and recommend the store to others.

I found all things I need every time I go to this store. Personnel are helpful and nice and they will give you tip on how to do your project better.

Helpful and friendly staff

The store are very organized and all the employee are very professional, I’m very satisfy in there service.

This store is my local HD and it has never failed me. From the customer service desk with their ease or processing returns and exchanges to the cleanliness of the store and the fulls stock of items, I can't complain in the least. The staff is what makes this place the best. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help finding anything no matter what time of the day. Recently, I was debating between a few items for a large Fathers Day purchase for my husband, and Chris, from the sales floor stayed with me, helping me with specs between a few items until I ultimately made my decision. Then he walked me over to Barry, who rung up my order, and helped me figure out how to get the item to my home. They both then offered to deliver the item, right then and there, to my home at no additional cost! In this day and age, stores do not do this anymore, so to have this kind of service, has really impressed me. The gentlemen, then recruited Carl to help, so they all followed me home, a short distance from the store, unloaded the item, removed it from the box, discarded all the trash and set it up for me! They even declined me offering them a tip and only asked for a positive review in return. The least I can do, is explain how wonderful this and every shopping experience has been at this Home Depot. These gentlemen should be recognized the type of customer service they offered me and I'm sure to several other customers who may have not had the time to write such a review. Keep up the good work ladies and gents of the Home Depot, your customers applaud you! And thanks again to Chris, Barry & Carl for helping my family have a wonderful Fathers Day!
