I LOOKED ON LINE FOR THE PRODUCT I NEEDED BEFORE GOING TO THE LOCATION. THEY SAID THEY HAD PLENTY IN STOCK ... BUT WHEN I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE ....THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY! THIS IS VERY IRRITATING! THEY SHOULD UPDATE THEIR INTERNET TO RERLECT WHAT THE STORES HAVE AND NOT SAY THE PARTICULAR STORE HAS SOMETHING WHEN THEY DON'T! ALSO I NEEDED TO BUY AIR FILTERS BUT I HAD A HARD TIME FINDING ONE THAT WASN'T CRUSHED! I HAD TO OPEN TWO NEW BOXES JUST TO FIND A GOOD ONE!

This was my second trip to the Conroe, TX Home Depot searching for the perfect paint color for our master bedroom. I was greeted by Jim in the paint department, who I had previously met a week before. Jim was very professional and knowledgable about different paints and went out of his way to assist me. I had selected a color that I found on the Behr web site, not realizing this was an older paint code/color of gray. Jim made suggestions to mix the perfect color, which also included making the color 25% more than originally requested. Jim made my visit to the Home Depot very easy and it was a pleasure to have someone let you know that they really want to help. My visit was very pleasant and I didn't have to wait for service from any associate or wait in a long line to pay for my purchase. Since this was the day before Thanksgiving, I would have to give credit to management and all the wonderful sales associates. Keep up the good work Home Depot Team!

Thank you Mike for all the time you took to help us get the right compressor and then finding it for us! Mike stopped us from buying the wrong compressor, and when the one he sold us wasn't on the floor, he told us how to order it online. Then, we he did find one in the store after all, he searched the store to find us and let us know (which wasn't easy on Black Friday). We really appreciate all he did for us!

The employees were friendly and competent. That all I could ask for in a store.

On more than one occasion, Nicole A.S.M. has helped me resolved a problem, or assist me if I am looking for outdoor power equipment. She is very in the Know , and I was impressed earlier this year on a problem I had on a previous riding mower, she resolved it quickly, and bypassed the bureaucracy when we were told a transmission would take possibly months on back order for repair , she turned the situation around in less than a week, thank you. Also, I purchased another riding mower a couple weeks ago, Kaylah helped me acquire an operator manual and keys and a part for deck that were missing. I plan to purchase another riding mower from this store, sincerely

Our cashier (Alyssa) and the store associate who helped us (I didn't get his name but he was very helpful) were great. Unfortunately the quality of the lumber was poor. We had to search HARD for pieces we could turn to the back to hide blemishes. I shop at this store all the time and this isn't usual. I hope they correct the problem quickly.

The only problem with this store is not enough clerks to check customers customers out in a timely manner. Otherwise a great store

The store was clean. Very friendly staff. Products were available that I needed and even some that I had been looking for and could not find at any other store. Great Sore!!

The Conroe store has what I'm looking for 99% of the time. The people are nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Sales clerk was helpful but gave us space to shop and then took care of us after we made a decision.

I am always glad to know that my Home Depot always people ready to help me of I need it. I have been in construction for 18 years and for this reason alone, I have always chosen the Home Depot over others. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I like that I can ask any one of them where something is and 9 times out of 10 they know exactly where it is. Good luck trying to get someone to help you much less know where anything is at Lowes. I love my Home Depot for several reasons but the positivity keeps me coming back.

Store manager ms Laurie minor and Cashier Ms Beverly was great.

I had tried to get gate keys made at a competitor. I was told they couldn't do it. They offered no suggestions. Mike was very helpful. He had to think about which blank he should use. He had to manually file down part of each key. He was confident that the keys would work, and they do! He took extra time to get the keys "just right." Thanks, Mike.

Friendly sales person helped us find the right products very quickly

We are remodeling our master bed & bath and went into the store to pick up various items. We needed assistance with painting cabinets and had great support from the gentlemen in that department. We also noticed some tile that was unique and well priced and decided to purchase 70sf for our shower wall. This saved us a trip to a tile store during the week day. We had checked out and were walking through the store when we noticed another item on display. An associate helped us with this very large item to the checkout counter. On our way out, after our second purchase, we were met by an associate outside who helped load our heavy and bulky items. We had incredible support from the store associates. THANK YOU and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I was extremely satisfied with the inventory in the tile department. Lots of accessories were available , and the selection was excellant. This department litterally saved our shower installation provided by Color Interior.

Store was a little unorganized but the staff was very friendly.

This store is always clean, emplyees are helpful and have knowledge about products in thier area. Check-out clerks are nice.

I was asked by 4 people if I needed help, after selecting the paint brush I came after, I looked around in other areas in the store and in each, I was asked if I needed help. Nice.

When I need anything if you have it that's where I will go.

Nicole directed me in the right direction and offered help. She asked if there was anything else she could help me with. Wonderful lady.

I was very greatful for the associates help. I was looking at some special order flooring and the assoc. remembered that there was some that had been returned and was marked down. There was another assoc. who did not seem to want to help but the other one more than made up for it.

The Conroe, TX. Home Depot was Really Great. We were there to pick out tiles for our home remodeling! Absolutely Beautiful Materials that we Found and the Price was a Shock for me Because it was so inexpensive! So, saving money, we have extra to add on to the Project we're getting ready to take on! Every Associate was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, asked if we needed help, but our Best experience was Our Cashier! It's Very Hard these days to find GREAT HELP, BUT OUR CONROE STORE , WE THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE and Making Us Feel Great! We Will Definitely Be Back! Thank You All Very Much!

We were able to find what we needed right away. Lanes were cleared so it was easy to walk through.

Busy store...needed more help in paint and when you sent help, they need to know how to answer questions. More cahiers needed...over 10 people standing in one line Cashier sold us 3 year warranty on chainsaw but did not explain how to get the warranty clearly.

Always have what I'm looking for and it's easy to find the products. Also many employees readily available to assist if needed.

Today I was sent in to search for some 60 watt led daylight light bulbs . Asm Nicole greeted me as I was wandering the Electrical dept. looking for these bulbs. She was very knowledgable and helpful in my search and obtaining these bulbs. Thank you for your help Nicole !!!!
