I’ve had marker ink on my white wall & thought nothing could or worked to get it off till I found Zep wall foaming cleaner!

The employees worked fast and got my projects taken care of quickly. I needed plywood cut among other things and it was done well. Everyone was positive.

I bought a Fridge on Tuesday. The first lady helped me right away, showed me what I was looking for, and she helped me from selection to purchase. Then I got a call from the service center saying my delivery had been moved from Friday to Monday. I got distraught, crying, as I have a baby and a special needs child living in my home. She helped me by getting me a gift card and helping with securing a small mini fridge that will help until my new one comes in. When I went to pick it up at another store, they greeted me, and then loaded it into my vehicle. Thank you, Home Depot, for all the support.

Lumber associates are terrible. They will not help load or lift anything unless you call multiple times. They are lazy and worthless.

Brianna was so helpful in bringing out the paint samples for both Behr and Sherwin Williams. She juggled many other customers but helped me find exactly what I was needed. She was an amazing help and extremely helpful!!!!!

Every question I ask was politely and correctly answered I was offered assistance with loading the large wooden rockers. It was unexpected and very appreciated

Found everything I needed at this Home Depot. Was greeted by several employees and was offered help as I walked through the store. Will definitely shop here agat

The store associate/representative was able to identify the name of exactly what I was looking for by the pic that I had taken with my phone & my attempting to describe item as best as I could. The boards on the house were in really bad shape, with some being badly rotten. Both employees in the Conroe Store #0508 were "on top of their game," identifying what I wanted (Weyerhaeuser 1"x8" - 16' SYP #105 ShipLap & the benefit of that type versus another type that I inquired about. A friend had gotten and estimate for me in May 2025 for my address. I wish I had bought the boards then because the prices had increased & I also selected a longer board. Sales Person #HT9S7GZ was very helpful. Then I have to give JAY a standing ovation for his professional, knowledgeable, courteous behavior and being so very patient with me, his professional opinion & recommendations on my phone so the next time I come in to order the addition boards or items, the process with the faster and easier. Thanks to The Home Depot PROS!!!

No one seems to care we the customer are there. So involved in a different time frame and thought pattern . No customer first attitude anymore

Home Depot’s current checkout process is in serious need of evaluation and correction. As a customer, I do not expect to function as a professional cashier, particularly while multiple employees are visibly present but unengaged. During my recent visit, I was left to initiate the self-checkout process on my own, with minimal guidance—despite the presence of at least six employees standing nearby. One eventually stood over me while I completed the transaction, offering no meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the terminal failed at the end of the process, forcing me to relocate and start the checkout all over again. This experience was inefficient, frustrating, and reflects poorly on Home Depot’s commitment to customer service. I strongly urge Home Depot to reconsider removing traditional cashiers. Restoring staffed checkout lanes would greatly improve customer satisfaction and overall operational flow.

Inexperienced. Hard to find someone to help you

I went in to buy a refrigerator and the two ladies who helped me were amazing. They went above and beyond to try everything to fit my purchase and delivery needs. Thank you!

Had to make six calls before getting an answer to my question. The phone routing system is poorly designed and automatically hangs up on you. Two of the calls were dropped as I was transferred to the department I wanted to talk to.

The employee, Cecil, should be rewarded for his patience, understanding of the store and his work ethic. Great employee! See above.

If this company actually cared about their customers they wouldn't keep their checkout lanes understaffed.

Had to replace our refrigerator in our rv so we went to Home Depot and Janette Jones was our Appliance Specialist what a great lady, she was very helpful and patient with us in getting the right one that would fit.

Seriously… I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service at this particular Home Depot. Everybody is so kind and makes the experience so much easier. You don’t expect this in the large box stores but at this Home Depot they are doing it right. Went again this last Sunday and had two different people assist me. One in the aisle and the lady in customer service where I was making a bulk order. Both times they went above and beyond. I’m always gonna love when someone makes my life easier.

Why do you think the customer should do your job of ringing up the purchase? You offer no discount for the customer to do your job. It’s rude and self centered on your part to assume it’s my job to ring up my purchase.

I recently bought a house in Conroe and for the last year I have purchased everything I need at the Conroe Home Depot. The staff is always willing to help and their knowledge of the products is extremely helpful.

I typically go here every two weeks or so. Always have what I need, and always have helpful employees.

I couldn’t find an employee to help me find what I needed, only salespeople hounding me.

The item Anderson LuminAire retractable Screen door had both the top and bottom plastic housings busted in the box it came in.
