GOOD STORE HOWEVER WE ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE. DESPITE SELF CHECK OUT. THE LANES ARE FREQUENTLY CLOSED.

When I decide to make a purchase, what I wish to purchase is always in stock, as described on the Home Depot store's website. The Associates are always friendly and ask if I need assistance without my asking for help as I am walking through the isles. The cashiers are always friendly and take time to chat a bit as they help me finish making my purchases. The store is never cluttered and is clean. This store is popular and sometimes there is a wait to check out, but not one that is unbearable.

I’m there a couple of times a week. There is an employee named Bobby whom is always friendly and willing to help load anything you have.

We have been remodeling our home over the past 10 months, we have bought and ordered for pick up many itmes for our remodel at this Home Depot. We are very happy with the seletion available for the most part. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great shopping experience, the associated weee very helpful, it was consistent throughout the store, associates would even approach us and asked if we were finding everything ok or if we needed assistance , will definitely be back at this location!

Well stocked, large variety of items. Professional service and industry knowledge of products and services.

Very nice staff, Quick and Easy in and out kind of place. Lighting sucked. It was dark in the store for the most part. Not sure why but more lighting so I can see them deals better would help.

Found products very easily, quickly there was assistances to help with questions I had for projects , Store was very Clean and items were in great order and Always Home Depot’s Associates were Very Helpful .

Associates are always nice, and will go out of their way to help. The plumbing department is better than Lowe’s.

The cashier, Kimberly, was super friendly and pointed me to the right direction on what I needed for my job.

Shopping in the kitchen home improvements area we came upon Alicia who nailed it! From the moment Alicia started helping us to a few weeks later, her double checking and follow through has given us a great new kitchen update!

a very clean store with very nice and helpful people working there...Bobby in flooring was so friendly and helpful on my most recent visit yesterday !

This store is stocked well and for the most part employees are nice and helpful, especially in the appliance department. I am usually able to get assistance if needed. I also like ordering online and picking my items up here because it's fast and easy. PLEASE NOTE, IF for any reason you need to speak to management regarding a refund or problem, ask for Kenny because Steven has a bad attitude and takes anything you say personally.

This Conroe store has rude, unhelpful employees of any Home Depot that I have shopped in. The other reason that this store is MUCH WORSE is that the employees just stand around talking in groups of 2 or more and ignore customers that are waiting for help.

Store is clean, employees are nice, enjoy shopping here to help improve my home.

I always go to this store for my indoor and outdoor needs and I am always satisfied.

Besides this store location being so very convenient to us, store employees have always very pleasant and helpful for whatever we needed. We enjoy seeing and speaking to the same greeter for many years now...makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the store and the moment you walk in you can get directions to whatever product you need!

I’ve shopped at this Home Depot in Conroe Texas for about 20 years. Most all of the employees have always been very helpful and nice. There are two employees in particular that I always liked although one I do not see anymore, Jack the plumber and plumbing I haven’t seen in two or three weeks I think he was moved to electrical But I do not see him there either, the other one is Wanda over by the pro desk check out very nice lady and always has a smile thank you very much

We really like the Conroe Home Depot. The employees (for the most part) are wonderful! They are friendly and helpful. It seems that this Home Depot is hiring more and more nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees. We're glad for that since it makes shopping there all that much more fun. Keep up the good work. The only thing that I can think of improving it would be the AC. Sometimes it's really hot in there.

Mr. Ralph assisting at the Pro Service desk, gave fast, friendly and effective service. I purchased the final three pieces of an item there and he tuned in to a conversation I was having with my contractor and immediately came over to scan the item finding 12 others at a location in spring, TX. We were able to complete our weekend project timely before showing of one of our properties. Way to go Mr. Ralph, keep up the great customer service!

Home Depot has the easiest way of ordering special-order windows that we have used. We have done quite a bit of remodeling and renovating over the years and have used a few different companies. For the price, time involved, and product, Home Depot has been the best and most reliable for us.
