Everything is easy to find and the workers are very helpful for things you need to find.

Store did not have the washer that we initially wanted. They did not offer free shipping on Black Friday for major appliances under $398, contrary to what we were told by phone. Associates were helpful in choosing a washer that met our needs. They made sure to let us know they were available to answer any of our questions.

Went in for a product, was greeted with kindness. They asked if I needed help and pointed me into the right direction, was in and out in no time.

Your employee, Michael helped me find what I was looking for. He knew a lot about what I needed and was very helpful. When the self check out wasn't working right, Michael also helped me check out. I was very impressed with your store and with Michael.

I was able to find everything I was looking for. Once my cart was full, I proceeded to check out. The self check out associate offered to help me. I had a gift card and was not sure if there was a balance-she said no problem, I will check it for you. She was quite helpful. She checked me and even told me my balance on the gift card. I usually find everything I need at this Home Depot Store. Your cashier, Michael is so helpful and so kind and knowledgeable. He has helped me on several occasions to find things in the store, recommend things that I could use, and he's wonderful as a cashier too. You are lucky to have him!

Great Store overall..only problem that I've experienced is when I've asked for a certain item and a clerk would say they didn't have it and I would look for myself and actually find it but on the other hand there have been other clerks that have assisted me with courtesy and took the time to help me find what I needed.

Availability of items was convenient. Associates were helpful as well.

Regarding paint dept .... all good reps and courteous. However for certain type paint products (more complex) HD should have samples to reflect accurately how the product works. HD does have some but not. Specifically for Behr concrete stains. Having accurate samples will avoid returns which are not easy with HD paint dept.

I like shopping there because they generally have the products I need for my home projects.

Store is clean but as a large store it is easy to get lost so you need to you should asked an associate for direction. Store was empty becuase there were fire alarms going off and fireman were wondering the aisles. By the time I got in the checkout lines everyone was there and although every cashier was working the lines were long.

Needed a lot of paint and painting supplies - associates were helpful, friendly and very accomodating! Will always recommend this store!
