If you go to buy in this home depot, just be prepare to deal with unprofessional and discourteous security people, such as the security of your store called Franz. Most of the securities are friendly and polite, and the employees of the store some of them are also really nice and professional.

Nice Shopping experience

Very early I stop by and it was clean and neat not to mention a lot of people to help I like this store big time.

For once I had a good experience at this store. Usually you can’t find any one to help you. Diane who was at customer service was kind patient and very helpful.

Good Job

The shopping experience at Crospey Avenue in Brooklyn was incredible. I spoke with Tretin over the phone before I left the Valley Stream HD to see if they had a "warm grey W3015 kitchen wall cabinet" and he put me on hold for about 5min. They had the W1530 and I had to come in to make a special request order. What made this experience exception is that the attendee at the Valley Stream location appeared to not go over-and-beyond in assisting me.

I would recommend only if you know what you need and do not need assistance from a store associate. A hardware associate was talking to his friend when I needed a key to be copied. He was annoyed that I interrupted him. When I asked for a key to be made he said the machine was broken. I pointed out that there are 2 machines and how he knew which machine was needed before he saw my key. He began yelling “what’s the number, what’s the number”. I did not know what he was asking for. He said he needed the number for the key. I was perplexed. I have never been asked for a number when getting a key copied. The associate would always look at the key and figure out which key blank was needed. I asked if he had trouble seeing and then he begrudgingly tried to match my key to a blank key. Compared to me this was a big towering guy and I’m really short and it just added to the uncomfortableness of being yelled at by a store associate.

Store was clean , workers were friendly and helpful. Have had many issues with another Home Depot store so I came to this one and the difference is night and day. It is a bit further than my local home depot store but I will be making the drive due to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. At the other HD store they have attitudes and act as if I am inconveniencing them by asking for help but at Cropsy store I was greeted with smiles and asked if I needed help. They have some of the best customer service reps I have met.

It is a great store with well trained employees, parking galore. near a storage facility so you can buy something and store it nearby until it is needed. The store was clean (I found what I needed in a flash with the help of an employee), including the facilities.

Staff is very knowledgeable. When approached, the staff will take you eight to the items you are looking for.

Friendly staff,and organized.but I like more bigger selection power tools,and hand tools.

#1 The drive exit from this store is usually a dangerous matter. The wait line to get into the scrap metal dealer blocks one of the two lanes used to exit HD. These public road lanes should not be used by this metal dealer to wait for entrance to his lot, but should be kept clear for traffic, especially that leaving the HD. When not clear, traffic must make its way around the scrap trucks blocking the road. This creates a dangerous situation for your customers, so you have a dog in this fight! You have more clout than I do to make this happen, so I want you to get and keep all exit lanes from this store safely open for easy and safe exit.

If you're looking to buy a big appliance, like a refrigerator, go to this store and ask Dominic to help you. He's very knowledgeable.

We waited 20 min on the line for pick up. The lady went to get our stuff and cannot seem to find it. She was very angry as she spoke to us. She went to look again. We waited for 15 min she never came back. Later a different associate came to help and he found it immediately. Now he has us wait 30 min because the lady forgot to sign out pick up sheet. They were all well aware of our situation that we needed to sign. We had no choice but to remind them we just need the paper signed. The associated seemed reluctant to sign. Yes he is busy but having us wait this long a bit much after all that. We felt very upset with the exchange we had with the associate.

Pro: Better than most Home Depots, close to high speed road network, sufficient parking, some knowledgeable and very helpful staff, excellent variety in Garden Center. Con: Layout of parking and traffic patterns is awkward, with poor signage, dangerous cross-traffic in multiple locations, inadequate storage, access to, and numbers of product shopping carts and dollies, some dismissive, surly, and rude staff, virtual absence of assistance with very heavy or awkward product.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly which makes my experience shopping at this home depot very enjoyable as I am consistently experiencing excellent service.

Tamia the cashier was very helpful. The store had all the items I needed as well.

I called the Blinds department to check about my order. Stayed on the phone for 25 min. being transferred from one place to the other. Never got to them. I was transferred to Mr. Sanchez ( don’t know who he is) and left him a massage. Waiting for his respond. Not happy.

Trenton is a good employee , he helps me out a lot when I come in ..A++++ to this man

This store has gone from bad to worse. The staff is always talking about personal drama. Its annoying when shopping and I avoid this store when ever possible they act like you are bothering them if you need assistance with a question or some help..

if you want to save time must check online item available at store or not. better to go Hamilton ave store.
