Bounty was every location need and clean store

My first visit , I'm sure I'll be back. The store was clean and the employees were funny and friendly

All I have to say is that if you are in the market for stove or an appliance for that matter make sure that you ask for Patrick at the Cropsey Avenue store

Although they are well stocked in what I needed, I couldn't find the item as its not listed on the signs. Took a while to find a random associate to tell me where to go. Weird suggestion to follow. Perhaps a map of some sorts? Still a good store but understaffed. Hire more people!

I used to hate going to any Home Depot. They were dirty the staff ignored you,or, just would say….I ‘think’ aisle 12 ?. I’ve been to a few local Home Depot’s but as far as helpful staff..,,nobody beats this one !

Not so much a store review but an employee review is required. I would like to mention how friendly and knowledgeable Wesley was in assisting bith me and my sister. Please let him know how awesome he was and is. Home Depot is very fortunate to have him as an employee.

Store is clean friendly staff and always stocked

The cashier was very helpful in giving me all the answers to my questions. He even went above and beyond to ask his colleagues to help with putting the bbq grill into my car.

The store is very large and has a lot in stock. Most representatives are courteous and helpful, but customer care people and support personnel could be better, especially support personnel who work in isles. My parents (Who are 73 year old) needed a toilet, an exterior door and a bathroom vanity and noone has helped them lift these objects onto the cart. Even when asked, most of these men told my parents that they were busy and ran off. At the end, my father did all the lifting and loading himself, while 30 year old, muscular men just watched from a diatance. This, in my opinion, was shameful! Other than that, there are no complaints.

The store manager Noelia does little to follow up when there is an issue with her store.

I came to buy a new range. The associate who assisted me gave me her undivided attention, and guided me in selecting an item that met my wish list. She quickly answered all questions, such as availability/delivery, and even how to get a discount by opening up a charge account. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and delivery was just as promised. I will come here again for any upcoming projects.

They are very impress and Friendly

Was at this location to pick up some job materials and a wheelbarrow. There was an error in the stock status but Mike, the dept supervisor and John Q helped me find a comparable wheelbarrow and matched the price of the model with the stock error. You just don't see enough of THIS kind of service anymore. Such personable, pleasant and professional individuals make Home Depot RELIABLE!

If you're in the mood for some serious attitude from employees, this is the place to be!

Excellent staff who know their products well and offer courteous assistance to all of the store customers. Cashiers and the store security are very accommodating as well.
