I bought a steam cleaner at full price at this Home Depot. When I returned home the machine did not power on and it had been used. The brush was clogged with debris from a previous user. This was frustrating and inconvenient to deal with and online help was of no assistance— the issue had to be rectified at the store. I will not be returning and will likely not use Home Depot again if there is any alternative.

Please train your employee in this store to respect military members. On other stores like in gateway when employee at checkout find out you are a military they thank us for the service and sacrifice on top of tagt they ask if we need any help.. employee that I endured mistreatment their name are on the receipt on the photo. Amy and Eddie. The situation I have in this store is as follow. One last thing I like to shop I. Home Depot as well as my family and friend because we know that Home Depot is military friendly.

Trying to return online item but scan can’t recognize. It’s HDX Home Depot brand product with unopened package and barcode label and valid receipt. Representative didn’t listen to the explanation of customer that their system scan the part as individual item instead of a set of product. It return the price of individual item but not the set item price. Arguing for an hour almost until we need to call cops to solve the dispute. Don’t let them move the item to the pile unless you finish all return.

Everything I buy in this store I love it!!! I bought beautiful plants, black heavy duty bags, different kind of paint…

I had an amazing experience at the Cropsey Home Depot, all thanks to Shaunte! From the moment I approached her, she was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to assist me with selecting the right plants and pots, even checking availability and pricing on her handheld device to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. What stood out the most was her personality — warm, patient, and genuinely kind. She didn’t just do her job; she made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. You could tell she truly cares about helping customers and takes pride in her work. Shaunte is the kind of associate that raises the bar for customer service. was having trouble logging into my pro app… 2 ppl could not figure out what was wrong… I asked another and Howie was able to help me log back in and claim 2 perks… thank you to him!

Placed a special order of Andersen windows and doors in the 5 figures but their desk employee opted not to inform me of which Home Depot card would be more beneficial, the regular HD or the ProbCard, received my HD billing statement within 2 weeks only to find out that the total payment was due before my next billing cycle, if I would had been informed I would had preferred to stretch out the monthly payment rather than incur interest on a monthly basis.

I would like to thank Mason and Jeff who work in the Door dept. These gentleman are knowledge and went above and beyond to help me. They ensured that all my needs were met. Mason and Jeff are a true asset to Home Depot. They took pride in their work and it showed through the time they spent with me and the knowledge of the products they offered. They are superior salesman who deserve recognition for the service they provide. Home Depot are lucky to have them represent their company. If you are shopping for doors, be sure to ask for Mason and Jeff, they are amazing!!!

Excellent customer service

Went to this site early Saturday morning and a few employees said good morning and o think the manager was also walking around cleaning things up. Store looked great. I am going through Cancer and in Chemo and an employee saw me struggle a bit and he took my cart with wood and followed me with it to another isle. Very nice and I really appreciated it.

Good supply of straight, ground contact quality 2x6 lumber, although very, very wet boards. It would be a professional courtesy for HD to have someone run a magnetic sweeper pick up nails and screws that are frequently strewn about the parking lot, especially near the Pro entrance parking area.

I have received exceptional help and advice from a gentle man in plumbing, however more often there is no one to answer a question. I have often mused that the staff runs away when a customer is seeking help. Recently however, there is a positive change in attitude. Staff actually approach customers to offer assistance.

Home Depot employee Jeff goes beyond when it comes to helping you from start to finish on installing any type of door. He's always available in that location of the store and he's super computer savvy to help with any special door orders online. He's a pleasure to do business with compared to shopping at a private store. He's got patience to hear about whatever you need and makes it headache free for you.

I had the pleasure of meeting a store leader who overheard my frustration and came over to me to help me find what I came for. It is hard to find such customer service but I have to say Cropsey Ave. Home Depot had many employees who really try to help you. Congratulations Cropsey Ave. Home Depot!

You're customer service people (at the store, and the people they were working with on the phone) didn't give up until they resolved my issue. They were great!

Hard to find help in the store to find products

Greedily staff , but check your receipt before leaving the store.Thei item I purchased was on sale but it rang up for the original price. Got home and checked the receipt only to go back and get an adjusted price .

The customer service is disgusting and very disrespectful some don’t know where things are located and don’t know how to address you when you ask for help

It is always a pleasure shopping at the Cropsey Avenue Home Depot! The prices are terrific and so is the return policy! More importantly, the people (staff) are so pleasant and friendly! They are so knowledgeable, patient and always willing and anxious to help! I love shopping at Home Depot! 😊
