The only negative thing about this store is all the vans and trucks lined up in the parking lot for the scrap yard

Great store Vey Helpful employees

I have nothing but praise for this store's one employee in particular, Bob Gannon, who has been nothing but helpful, courteous and professional during an otherwise grueling kitchen remodel. However, I cannot say the same for Home Depot's Installer, who wasted my time to the tune of more than two months, holding up the whole renovation process by failing to give an estimate for installation after not one, but two separate site reviews at my home. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend unless HD uses someone else other than Majestic for their installs. Called Customer Support and got a speedy callback from Bill, the District Service Manager, who wanted to know what happened, however, unfortunately, I never heard back from him regarding this either. It's a shame since I previously, in another home, had a successful, professional kitchen renovation completed through a different HD but after this I cannot and will not use or recommend HD again. NOT confident either that this less-than-glowing review will be published. BUYER BEWARE!

Great Store!

Really big and organized store. I like how they're is a big selection of merchandise to choose from and that the associates are kind and knowledgeable with the products.

Store is very organized and the associates was able to assist me with a fast and courteous check out.

All the employees are courteous, but I especially want to mention Michelle at the Pro Desk who is phenomenal. Very professional and goes above and beyond.

Door man should welcome customer when they come to visit, it is just one simple conversation. For example: Hi, welcome to Home Depot. How are you...etc....what will make customer think Home Depot as home or as value customer. Doesn't matter the customer response to them or not....

Normally we are satisfied w this store and the assoc. who assisted us in selecting new carpet was wonderful. Problem was w day it was to be measured. Day came, they didnt call w notice of 3 hr.window for measuring. We called at 8:20 am ,and after being on hold for 20+minutes, we were told it's too early, someone will call you after9. Called back at 10:20; on hold 20+ again, but this time we were told they would call back w appt. Time. That assoc. did get call back within 15 min., but told us a person called in sick and they are still looking for replacement AND would call back with a time. We called c.1:05, on hold for 58 minutes! No answer! My phone went dead! Husband went to store and cancelled the order. Very unhappy and disappointed. We wasted all the time picking out the carpet and this entire day wondering if they would show up!. Funny, but the assoc who helped us pick out the carpet thanked us twice for being return customers for carpet. Too bad HD couldn't even give the courtesy of keeping us informed, even if it meant they had to reschedule, but even that was never offered to us. They couldn't offer a solution because they failed to call us or to answer their phone when we called.

FOUND THE PERSONNEL TO BE UNFRIENDLY AND ALMOST RUDE.

I like this store because it is well stocked and the employees are a great help and friendly. Large parking lot allowsSca for packing up the car with no one in your way. Great location off the highway.

This is a very nice store and they have almost everything we need. There is an employee who works here. His name is Michael A. He is there in the mornings only and is very helpful with finding things, with know-how on how to do most home projects. He knows the products and is a great cashier as well. And if you are a Veteran, you are entitled to a 10% discount at this store. We enjoy shopping here.

This store used to be the worst. I don't know if there is new management or not. but this store is 100% better then 6 months ago.

LATELY MORE THAN EVER BEFORE I FOUND YOUR STORE # 1256 QUITE NEAT AND CLEAN COMPARED TO OTHER HOME DEPOT STORES THAT I'VE BEEN TO. ALSO I FIND FOR THE MOST PART THAT YOUR EMPLOYE'S ARE QUITE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO MY NEEDS WICH MAKES FOR A BETTER DAY. THANKS

associates in this store are too complacent. no one wants to take an extra step to make this store a little better for the customers. take the cashier and the self-checkout areas as an example. customers shouldn't have to wait over 5 minutes to pay and leave. there is only one associate at each area and they are treading water to stay afloat. meanwhile self-checkout is a mess: one customer screwed up a checkout, another guy decides he needs to recheck the price on an item and dumps everything at the self-checkout and goes back into the aisle, and the line gets longer and longer. i just want to drop my purchase right there and leave the store!

Staff are friendly, store is clean. easy to find what you need

The Cropsey Avenue store has consistently good service from informed employees. Shelves are usually will stocked and the garden shop is especially well stocked with both plants and garden enhancing items.

Most of your employees are fantastic at this location, including managers.

THE STAFF AT 1256 IS AMAZING.
