Employees are rude when you interrupt the free time, don't want to help you and tell you that you did not order a special order door, when eventually I said i will file a complaint, he found it, rushed thru to get rid of us. The lady a week before was very helpful, polite and knew what we wanted and placed our order in the computer, but we had to get a gentleman to come to our house and measure to make sure the door would fit, cause we were letting Home Depot install the door.

Cannot say enough about this store. Every associate i encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. I absolutely love my Home Depot store!!

You guys are ok in my book ole son

I had an outstanding experience tonight. The 2 associates were both very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. I drove 20 minutes out of my way for items they had in stock that my home store did not have. The associates made it worth my time and I thank you for the great experience!

Everyone at this store is friendly, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, service minded and customer oriented! I really appreciate the efforts they have made during Covid and how helpful they always are! I continue to shop here because it is a pleasant experience and they have what I need. Thanks so much!

Store is clean and generally has items I need. Have shopped at Home Depot when needing garden and construction materials.

I have never been into this store that it was not clean and well stocked. There is always someone in each department to greet and help you, if needed.

Robert in plumbing was very helpful. I called before arriving to see if what I needed was in stock. He found the item and had it put back for me when I arrived. Store was very clean and all employees were polite and helpful.

Cashiers are working hard to be friendly and when I ask where something is, I always get a good answer where that item is located. Great job!

The basic store is good and the employees helpful. Generally neat and well stocked. Things are in their proper place. It is especially a good place to get standard plumbing gear. They do not stock some of the Leslie common stuff. It generally can be ordered, but that story is below. However I have continuous problems with the folks working the anti-customer service desk. Ordering stuff to be picked up at the desk is: 1. Slow 2. Annoying because they can't find it. 3. Boxes and parts damaged (just about everything) 4. Hard to get someone to load the stuff. It you need a test of your patience, just have some thing sent to the store for pick up. It is not recommended for high-strung people.

Cashier Olivia helped me beyond what I ask. I was looking for a video camera for security and she helped me find the right one, which, I didn't expect out of a cashier. Also as I am deaf she lowered her mask while staying six feet away so I could understand her. She has very good people skills! ALSO, THe floor man, Ace, helped my friend and treated us both respectfully, he was knowledgeable and even gave us bottles water for hospitality. He impressed me greatly with his good manners and sense of humor.

This store was okay, but it could use some work. The workers just watched as I walked up and down the aisles not being able to find what I was looking for. Shockingly every time I would go past one of the three that were in view they would look like they were extremely busy and couldn't help me. No one asked if I needed help or offered to help me, and when it came to the check-out there was only one open and very backed up. I have definitely had better experiences but this also wasn't my worst.

Associates are pleasant and offer assistance. They go above and beyond to assist you in locating items you are looking for.

We have been customers of the Decatur, Al store since their opening day. Today we bought a mini-fridge and was helped by a AWESOME store associate named "Bob" ...he went above and beyond to help us. He provided us with a tape measure and then volunteered to go and get a cart. He even loaded the fridge for us! He seemed genuinely happy to be able to answer our questions and provided exceptional customer service!

My Home Depot has great people, they are and helpful and available. Availability is huge I might be able to find the tools and and supplies I need by myself I may even be able to find them at another location. Being able to find what I need quickly and get back to work often comes down to finding an employee who knows exactly where to look, I never need to go far to find a knowledgeable and willing employee to help me with whatever I need.

The store was very clean and the items were easy to find. The isles are well marked with the items located in them. I was able to get the assistance I needed very fast. All the associates I needed were fast in assisting me. I enjoy shopping in this store in Decatur, Al.

I shop for job site material literally everyday. I am never disappointed when I go to the Decatur Alabama H.D. They have always had a wide selection of product from a variety of manufactures which make project specific requirements a much easier prospect. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

This store provides a really good customer experience. From the moment you enter the store every associate goes out of their way to greet and assist. It is a really positive and friendly atmosphere.
