I've always had a good experience at this store. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

I had a particular frustrating issue with the manufacturer of an appliance I bought at Home Depot. I contacted this store to see if they could help. They did! And they did not have to. Great service that earned even more loyalty from me.

Jacob (Mgr) and Ben (associate) helped return a large flower order bought on my corp card by mistake! The manager authorized a way to do it with just the receipt vs all the work to bring all the plants back in and then reload/secure them. So very thankful they went above and beyond for us!!!!

The employees at this location are also so friendly and helpful!

bought a new Weber E 315 Grill today. I did not expect to find a big selection...but there was and the Manager at the store was extremely helpful to me.

If you need any help in the plumbing area, go see a guy named Tommy, he helped me and guided me in the right direction, I am glad he is there, or I might have had a bad day hooking up a faucet.

The item I drove 25 miles to purchase was not in the bay that it was supposed to be in. That bay was empty of that product. The computer records did not match reality. Speaking to store personnel was rather useless. Home depot makes it too difficult, darn near impossible, to make direct complaints. I ended up buying a comparable product but I had to buy more material than I needed and I had to pay a greater price than I needed to pay. All in all not a very pleasant experience. If the store was not so far away I would have made a more concerted effort with store personnel to show them that the bay was empty. But by the time I had put that much effort into the “shopping experience “ I had had enough. All-in-all, it was like shoveling you-know-what against the Balboa tide.

This home depot store #8995 in Dripping Springs TX is always clean, friendly and helpful. Especially Stella Esparza-Lopez. Stella seems to go above and beyond to make a customer feel comfortable and listens to the customers needs and addresses those needs to reach a final goal of complete satisfaction and an ultimate goal of purchase. My wife and I expressed to each other that the appliance purchase experience was fast, easy and a nice process.

Everybody is so kind and helpful.

Dripping Springs store always has a friendly face to greet you & always someone ask if they can help you find anything or call someone into that department to help you. Right now they need more people but that is not their fault as I feel it is because of the times. The store is always very neat & clean and shelves always stocked. The Dripping Springs Home Depot store is exceptional. From the time I enter and am greeted with a smiling hello, to the time I pay for my items and am thanked for shopping and to have a nice day, makes my trip to H.D. more enjoyable. This store provides clean carts. The parking area is cleaned and the carts are returned to the store often. There are always staff members ready and willing to help me find an item or answer a question. I feel safe at this store, not only per the Pandemic, but also a sense of safety by the atmosphere of the staff. Though this Dripping Springs is a smaller H.D. than others I shop. The Dripping Springs H.D. is definitely not "Smaller" in Friendliness and helpfulness. They make my visits so enjoyable, I almost want to go there just to walk around and "window" shop the aisles and when possible, chat with the staff. A job well done to all the staff at the Dripping Springs Home Depot....Bravo!!

See Home Depot Partner "Stella" in appliances if you're going to buy an appliance. Shes knowledgeable about the delivery process and questions about warranties and appliance. Had me in and out of there quickly. Felt good about the whole experience.

This is the absolute BEST Home Depot in the entire Central Texas market. As a roofer, I have been pleased to always be able to find what I am looking for at this location. The return process is also exceptional.

Cashier Hanna was super friendly and extremely efficient. I always try to go through her line when I’m here.

Where do I start ... this store is a disaster. My partner and I are contractors and shop frequently at hardware stores. We always come prepared with SKUs, item numbers, all the info needed to order items or find what we need. If we ever need assistance, the associates seem to be completely bothered by you and can barely help as it is. Almost every single visit, we see several associates congregating, but it takes forever to be acknowledged or helped. We have placed two orders to be delivered to our home and both times, the delivery address was entered incorrectly. However, the associates never confirmed the correct delivery address before closing the order. Well, after the order is closed/processed, it's a GIANT headache and nightmare to get the delivery address corrected. The associates NEVER seem willing or able to correct their mistake or make things right. We're not asking for much, just to make it right. But even that seems like an inconvenience for them. I absolutely dread coming to this store. We only recently started coming to this location because we moved to the area. Well, I'd rather drive to south Austin or Bee Caves than ever come to this store for anything. This review won't change anything in the store or effect THD's business, but I just couldn't hold my tongue any longer. It's so bad.
