Because I inquired about some items that were in the process of being set (Halloween) and one of the MET team said it would take 2-3 days to get everything down. She was super polite and said she wished she could be of more help but she wasn’t actively working on this project and I could ask someone upfront who was. Dan (Assistant Manager) overheard this and asked what I was looking for. He was super helpful and told me it was no problem at all. I told him I was happy to wait and he said he knew where most of the stuff was. Dan got down the items I asked for and then Scott and Marcus helped me load it all up. Every single person I interacted with on this visit was just super helpful and kind. I’m happy that this is now my “local” Home Depot.

The employees must have had a chat with management. The employees are now friendly when they assist you. Many times it is hard to find someone.

They have an enormous inventory, and what they don't have in stock can usually be delivered to your front door in a day or two at no extra charge. There is always one or two people in each department that have a really deep understanding of their product line, and can frequently suggest an easier, and usually less expensive way to do what you came into the store to get supplies for. Home Depot in Dripping Springs in not the closest place for me to shop, but I know that it is always a one and done, and I go home with exactly what I need. Great people, great prices, and they like to pet my dog. Doesn't get much better than that.

Employees are incompetent, not helpful at all and spend more time chatting with each other than helping customers.

We were looking at new washers and dryers and a double oven to replace 14 year old ones. We were greeted by Ben in the appliances section who helped us purchase new ones for our home. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional and we would definitely recommend him if you need help in that area.

I have been to HD specifically for 80lb bags of concrete mix. I made four trips for 10 or more bags each. Twice HD had someone to help load my truck, but twice I was on my own. Is there a schedule for loaders? Sometimes the cement out front is wrapped up and you have to pull it off the pallets inside the store. That means more lifting. How do we know when someone is available to load? Seems random.

Home Depot: You said you would help a family in need of an electric stove - then you didn't! The stove you first sold them with the help of donations only worked for 45 days. Then your sales person said several things and didn't make them happen. Your managers also didn't want to help. Hope you have recorded conversations and you can listen to them. One manager made us wait for a long time for nothing. How unprofessional. Another said that giving a $98 discount would take away from employees special funds.

An awful experience every time I come to this location.

Home Depot is the toy store for adults of all ages.

Ordered a couple of simple air filters scheduled to arrive May 9th when ordered finally arrived at the store on May 17. Very inconvenient and frustrating

Last month I worked with Iris in the flooring department. She is a delight to work with and was extremely thoughtful through the experience. On almost all occasions when I shop there, I have been asked if I need help or I will run in to a familiar community face that works at this location. They have some great people working there with interesting stories.

Many thanks to JC who carried heavy and wet bags of mulch to my car. I didn't need to ask. He said, "Let me carry these bags for you." I left with a smile. A nice deed makes each day joyful.

Been here many times. Bought fridge a washer/dryer from here and a lot of every day type stuff. Tried to get them to fix parking lot lights for months with no results. Wrote the CEO a letter and they parking lot was fixed and much safer in about 2 weeks. Shame they couldn't do it locally.

I promise you it was hard to move from Sunset Valley to Dripping Springs and think I could even begin to find the same quality support. I have been mistaken. I love the passion and the intelligence and the willingness to go above and beyond whether it’s from the garden department to lumber and construction or paint, bath…. you name it. What a great group.

When you ask someone or something is, they never take you and show you where that product is. They just say it’s on aisle four or it’s on aisle 29. And then when you go to aisle four aisle 29 it’s not there. Your employees are very lazy. Plus, there is never a cashier to check anybody out. You always have to check yourself out! When you check yourself out, you should receive a discount for doing the job that they should be paying somebody else to do!

Always easy to get employees to help answer questions and find products

We always have what I need at a fair price. Love the look around it’s like a toy store for me and then I see things that create another project for me lol

Shopped in numerous Big box stores and it’s only when I come home to Dripping Springs that you can appreciate what we have here. Our culture and our values are evident when you are welcomed and appreciated at the Dripping Springs Home Depot.

Everyone was extremely friendly!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful in our local dripping Springs hardware store. I can always find what I need easily either by asking for help or using my app which tells me the aisle in the bin where I can find a particular think I’m looking for. I go to the store, probably two times a week for literally everything from potting soil to appliances and everything in between. All the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Returns are also very easy. We love our DSHD!

When I was trying to get my ag exempt status established, which was impossible to do by myself, one of your employees worked with me at the store and it took about an hour. She did a great job and showed an unbelievable amount of patience. wish I knew her name, but nothing should take that amount of time.

Drove to DP HD for an item that was sold out but was showing “limited quantities” at this store. I arrived and indeed it was sold out. The manager understood I drove from north Austin and gave me the courtesy of buying the newer model for the price of the old one. Super happy! Definitely coming back

It was nice not to have to hunt down an employee for help. It was a bit of a wait for the employee to be free but once it was our turn, he was so helpful and professional. Walking around the store we were asked by other employees if we were looking for something. I really appreciate that!
