What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

Tex provided AMAZING customer service!
Came to the store with three 7th grade girls--we needed help with a school project. TEX was one of several associates that helped us, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. We got the products we needed, and Tex was able to work with equipment at the store to get the girls' project to a more "7th grader friendly" place. The girls went to the front desk to tell the manager how helpful everyone was, and we wanted to write a review as well. This is what keeps me a customer. THANK YOU.

Lotty was very helpful and she was very pleasant in the whole process.
I did not get the gentlemanly name that helped me put the grill in my car but he was very helpful too. Both are very well deserving of a plaque.

Merry Christmas lights
It was Christmas time and I was looking for a set of indoor lights for my daughter's room. Being that Christmas was just a week away, the light selection was understandably slim. But I saw a set of LED lights shaped like snowflakes that I knew my daughter would just love. The problem was - they were being used in a display for an air conditioning compressor unit. Victor a store associate walked by as I was thinking about how I could get the strand of lights. He said he was with another customer and that he would be back as soon as he finished when them to assist me. True to his word, a few minutes later Victor came running back up the aisle to me and asked how he could help. I asked him if i could buy the lights on the display, that they would make my daughter very happy at Christmas this year. He made it happen, even though he didn't have a skew number or price available right away, I walked out with the lights. And I can tell you that the smile on my daughter's face that night when I plugged the lights in was precious. Thanks for going the extra mile Victor!

An associate Chris “Jack” D. went out of his way to help me find the correct lamp socket replacement and proceeded to assist in installing the part. It took a minute of his time but I went home as a satisfied customer. The employees at HD Brodie are all friendly and ask you if you need help. The store has disinfected the carts and it’s super clean.

Great selection
I love This stores selection of tile and lighting! I wish the paint area had more home like lighting and that the computers to help design with color actually worked. Overall- this store is very consistent- people are GREAT and I love shopping here!
