I ordered a lawn mower at the customer service desk and the young lady that assisted me was very friendly and helpful.

Shopping in this store continues to be a great experience! Jumon in mill work is a treasure! Joan is fantastic in applicances! Tiffany is an exceptional manager! Tara in kitchen tile! Bart in kitchen area! Brittany and Dee! I am grateful to this staff and they work very hard to delivery on great customer service!

My last few trips here have been so great. During the pandemic and after, the staffing was not enough and some with real bad attitudes. Now for the last few months each trip is so great. Everyone is kind, helpful and with a positive attitude. I look forward to my trips there.

We went in to the DS store to purchase artificial turf. Julia was super awesome! They were short handed and she had other customers after us waiting for her yet Julia was patient, took care of cutting our turf, wrapped it, took a call and told them she'd be with them in a bit. She kept her cool and was so courteous with us and in relating to other employees. She is a Home Depot star!

I had several projects to make repairs at my house. I went to the store with a list and the measurements. I found an excellent employee, Cliff, who helped me find all the items on my list. I bought almost $400 of lumber. Carlos after checkout helped me load the merchandise.

I’m from out of town helping relatives for three weeks now been good experiences from everyone till today from construction cashier not willing to get me assistance to load bags of concrete I left went to McCoys lumber where their employee loaded all 15 bags concert for this 67yr old male

The associates in this store are very helpful and courteous. Someone always asks me if I need anything when I am walking around the store. Ann in Paint and Amy in Flooring have been particularly pleasurable to deal with.

Matthew and Tristan were awesome! Matthew provided recommendations on which products to get to ensure the wood I purchased would be water proof and look good. Then Matthew and Tristan assisted with getting my six sheets of plywood cut up into the exact measurements I requested. Perfect cuts and I couldn't be happier. I almost never leave reviews but was incredibly happy with the service both of them provided and believe that it should be highlighted to others as well as their superiors. They deserve a bonus/raise.

Ken was extremely helpful in getting what I needed. Cashier Mystel could not have been nicer.

Rude guest service employee would not honor Home Depot’s price matching policy and instead tried to sell me a credit card… do yourself a favor and find another store.

I've been looking for this for awhile. Website says every store has them, but after exhaustive searching, no they don't. Drove all the way out to Drippin because the site said they had 5. 1.5 hours later and with the help of 3 different associates, I finally found it myself. I mentioned the issue to the manager and he blew me off. It doesn't matter how friendly and helpful the associates are if the manager is not. I will not be coming back to this location.

We had a problem with a water heater that we purchased a few years ago and it was leaking. Nancy was a big help in figuring out what we needed to do about it and getting us new water heater under warranty. Thanks Nancy, you rock!

Getting rid of the military discount, especially on lumber and those things in insulting. Corporations work hard to seem inclusive nowadays. It's shameful that the MILITARY, which is the MOST inclusive of all organizations would be tossed to the curb. Shameful. Good luck to you

I had a particular frustrating issue with the manufacturer of an appliance I bought at Home Depot. I contacted this store to see if they could help. They did! And they did not have to. Great service that earned even more loyalty from me.
