CS helped customers check out quickly

Ernest was excellent in suggesting gardening tools and products. They worked better for my project than the ones that I originally had at home.

I have only recently started visiting this location and have noticed a difference here that is still a struggle in other stores. Helping customers. I have been there 5 times already and every time someone has greeted me, smiled, asked me if I needed help, and even crossed departments to assist me.

The store allows you to place an order online for items that are allegedly not available after the fact. Crappy customer service and dull employees.

Everyone in this store was friendly, my questions were answered thoroughly BEFORE they took my money, and-the price was significantly lower than their neighboring contractor store. You won't go wrong in this location.

I don't care if the store was clean or not the Ryobi drain cleaner I bought was a joke. I will never come back to home depot as long as you are selling that pc of crap. I am going to have to pay a plumber to come out and pull the snake out of my drain because it fell out of a brand new machine that I had payed all together almost 300.00 I will make sure all of my contractor buddies know what kind of junk you are selling.

The Store always has what I’m looking for. Store is clean, shelves uncluttered, polite & helpful staff if assistance is needed. Aisle clearly defined.

I need an electronic receipt for my records, and to get reimbursed for my purchase. Before I could select the correct response, the cashier reached out from behind her plexiglass enclosure and selected "no." I asked her why she did that, she gave no response. I told her that I needed an electronic receipt. She said, "One should show up in your inbox." I told her that she was incorrect, and that I saw her select "no." Not only did she usurp my choice, she lied to me as well! This is unacceptable.

I have enjoyed my shopping experience at this location . The store is well stocked and I do not have to search for Help . The employees that I have encountered were well versed in their department and helpful .

This store usually has everything in a location that makes sense. I can get in and out quickly because of the self-checkout lanes and it is less than a mile from my home.
