If you expect customer service, do not walk through the doors. If you can even find someone actually working in a department, from my experience, there is a better chance they will walk past you as opposed to engage with you.

When I go to Home Depot I see more women shoppers. That is nice to see. I really like shopping at this store because I can always get advice and my questions answered by friendly store employees. I like doing some things myself to save money.

I use the app to online order often and my items are taken directly to my trunk.

I went to the tool rental area and was assisted by Dennis. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. He even recommended other products in the store that could help with my tasks. He was very friendly and it was a joy to be assisted by him.

If you are placing an online order for store pickup - CHECK everything in your order for mistakes. I have been disappointed to many times.

The associates at this store go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. Even if they are not experts / normally work in the department that you need assistance in. They will get everything you need and answer every question you have to ensure you can get your project done! Great teamwork.

My experience at this store will cause me to return every time I need Something. The associates these jump through hoops to ensure their customer's satisfaction. Best store in Fort worth TX.

How early is it the closest store to my house but I know where everything's is and if I have a question I can find an answer

I can always find what I need at Home Depot. A MY coworker just purchase his first I was able to recomend HomeDepot for his lawn and a wash and dryer and a few more things for his home at very low cost. His next purchase will be a Hamilton Bay selling fan.

The store was overall stocked and organized the staff was extremely helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I really like this store. I like it's location and I have been a shopper there for a number of years (over 30 yrs) I have not always felt comfortable shopping at Home Depot because sometimes I felt I was the only women in the store but now I see more women. Over the years I have found most things I needed at this store (I have purchased many things) and the employees have always been kind and helpful and I'm happy.

Connie that works in self check out was helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when managers would not help us my husband wanted to leave.

I like this store because the employees are very helpful when I am not sure of the items I should get. There is always plenty of staff and they make me feel welcome and appreciated.

A young man by the name of Zack assisted me in the plumbing department. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Hire more staff like Zack.
