Love this store and everything it offers. However, I took away one star because carts and flatbeds should be available in the back of the store as well, not just outside.

I went in to look for a deadbolt and as I was looking an associate approached me and asked me if I needed help, I said yes and asked about the deadbolt, I got what I wanted and I did not know that they can rekey my deadbolt to my key. Well got it done at home depot and I am happy for the extra help, I also got a good experience since the cashier was friendly with me and was very courteous.

I was having trouble finding exactly what I needed in Lawn and Garden for my daughter's Preschool grow project. Daniel was readily available to answer my questions and gave me a few ideas and options. While discussing further what I was looking for, Daniel offered up another solution, that was brilliant!! Thanks Daniel and Home Depot on Elston!!

I can generally find everything I need and get in and out quickly.

We purchased s 2,500 sq ft condo and are gutting it...new kitchen, appliances, carpeting in family room, new tile, blinds...you get the idea. Everyone at this store went above and beyond to help us achieve our goals...excellent, excellent, excellent!

Store did not have gardening soil in stock employee had to jump up on shelf and get it for me from a pallet. Wish they had the larger size of the potting soil

today's shopping experience was fantastic as always, associates where very quick to take care of my needs. I got everything i needed for this visit and some more.

I know the title might be generic but in today's world of lack of time this important. Our visit was quick and easy, in and out checkout for 650 sq ft floor.

I've been fortunate to have experienced great service and find what I need year-round including our Christmas tree.

Went with a friend to grab some lumber which they have plenty of. Also wanted to get D-Ring picture frame mounting hardware and they had none, multiple items were out of stock on the shelves for those. Oh well, still a massive store with tons of stuff and easily accessible in the city.

I love that home depots are organized in a similar fashion, where ever I go, I have my bearings.

Store associate was able to direct me immediately upon entry to the store. Cashier Jessica # JKT6461 was quite friendly. I will definitely return.

Finding an associate to assist was a problem. There was no one around at all.

Had a lot of items that you find in most Home Depots but I did feel they did not have a wide selection of brands.

I can't say enough about Brandie, Customer Order Specialist at Store # 1961 or her associate Joseph Trankina, Kitchen Designer at the same store. After communicating to Brandie that we were interested in ordering granite countertops, she immediately put me in contact with Joseph. He was able to answer my questions and explain the ordering and installation process very thoroughly. We ordered our product with complete confidence. I also want to point out that the Countertop Estimator tool on homedepot.com was super easy to use and educated me on the process before I even spoke to Joseph. It helped that we were speaking the same language. He was great at explaining in layman terms information he needed to complete my quote. The quote arrived quickly, we ordered and moved to the next step. The fabricators called within a day of my order to schedule a measure and they are arriving this week. Great process so far and I'll send an updated review once the entire process is finished. Thanks to everyone involved!!

I went to the store to get a car battery I didn't know where to look and the first associate I saw I asked and helped me, got it right away and headed to the cashier, the cashier was very pleasant. thank you
