On Saturday evening, I called your store to ask if you had the Martha Stewart x-mas tree that was on sale for $79 in stock? I was placed on hold and then had to hangup because of an incoming call. Well....3 minutes later, I get a call from your associate, Marsha, confirming that it was in stock - VERY IMPRESSED!! When I arrived (15 minutes later) she had placed the x-mas tree box on a cart waiting for us. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Marsha for going out of your way in calling me back and having the item ready for us.

This place is very clean, but they need more staff. It took me 10 mins. to find someone to help me in the hardware dept.

I have visited the store on several occasions to purchase building and finishing products. My wife and I went to Home Depot to purchase shades for a room in our home. The shades we wanted were identified on Home Depot.com, and were easy to find in the store. The associate who helped us with the purchase, Mahmood Shahpar, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was an A+ shopping experience for both of us.

I had one of the best experience at your store in Evanston. I was working on a project that was beyond my expertise.Thanks to O.C in plumbing who not only helped me figure out what I needed but was very professional and hadn't it been for his assistant I wouldn't have been able to complete my project. You may never remember me because I strongly believe that that's how you take care of all your customers. You do a fine job representing homedepot and I will be happy to shop in your department again. Thank you very much O.C.

Store is small scale so it does not have the total selection of products that the larger Home Depots have. It is a nice and convenient store to shop but for a bigger selection I usually go to a bigger Home Depot about 2 miles away.

This store is is the best for so many reason more than I can list . I will sum it up : Clean In Stock items Customer Service friendly and welcoming smiles Sales in all Dept s even in Gardening (WoW) Always a Black Friday special in this store ( Mark downs). This store is convenient to me, but even if was further away I would still shop here. I am disabled and use an electric cart to shop and need to have clearance to get down the aisle. One associate who was helping others moved out of the way and gestured to his customers aside. Two men who were stocking moved a ladder and the cart,that they were using out of the way. Several asked if they could help and one did. My only complaint that Black Friday sales displays filled a lot of space in the aisles and caused some "traffic" problems.

As a professional handyman i spend a lot of time at Evanston Home Depot , the customer service and the associate knowledge is outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was directed to what I needed and I did not have to wait to check out. Worth my trip to Home Depot.

I brought my vertical blinds originally installed in the 1950's and was properly instructed by Malmud the store associate on how to use the original attachment method without having to replace it while also showing me how to attach the replacement 13 blades, thereby saving me money, time and aggravation. Thank you, Home Depot and Malmud.

I go out of my way to shop at the Evanston, IL Home Depot. The staff there is more knowledgeable, faster and friendlier than most other stores I shop at. I am a professional in the automotive trades, but a DIYer in my household, and also use the Home Depot for a lot of my arts and crafts projects. I'd like to acknowledge your customer service representative, Helene. She is outstanding at her job and is truly a great asset to your store and our community.

Sales staff in window coverings were extremely helpful, patient with me and knowledgeable. Even though I measured myself, they will come out to measure for you. Prices are good too!

The sales associate assisted me immediately with finding my products. He was knowledgeable and very personable!

As has been the trend across all home depot locations, finding an available associate is not always the easiest of tasks, but when you do, this store has the most knowledgable and easy to work with employees. I live closer to the Niles location, but go out of my way to shop at the Evanston Store.

Everything was in order and clean - employees were there to help if needed and explain products if it was new. Go talk to tall Mike in tools- very helpful!

Very Nice store and shopping experience. Store is not a fully inventoried unit but, to buy most common needs it fits the bill. Need to go to a larger Home Depot store for a wider range of products and product lines.

Everyone I spoke with was great. But Catherine, the associate at the Service Desk, was wonderful. She was incredibly quick with suggestions, very helpful, and clever. She deserves a raise and maybe a promotion. I would definitely make the drive from Uptown to shop with helpful people like her.

Store was clean, took a bit to find an associate but once I did he found my product and I was checked out quickly and efficiently.

I had to do a few trips to the Evanston store just to talk with a sales asociate for advice choosing a different carpet that originally I was ready to order, installation and pay. The sales person calling 1800 number was more helpful and did a great assistance about my purchase than the store associates, locked of someone qualified been available at the floor section desk. Finally when I got a qualified associate in my third trip to the store I noticed later that was a slight $50 overcharged difference between quote I did from 1800 number and the store. Now I will have go to the store for the 4th time to get my $50 refund today. Hope the carpet installation and service experience in a few weeks gets a better review than today.

WAITED FOR ITEMS TO GO ON SALE. GOT MY WISH TODAY AND PURCHASED 10 SHRUBS @ 50% DISCOUNT. ASSOCIATE IN GARDEN CENTER WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALL IN ALL A VERY "HAPPY CAMPER".

The help I received in putting together our large order, was so appreciated. The associate walked us throughout the order and several times, reviewed for accuracy the order we had placed. She is professional, thorough and such a help in guiding through our order process.
