Are Kids Workshops offered at the Niles Home Depot?

Yes, the Niles store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Great costumer service

I’m a regular costumer and the past months I felt like no one wants to help me every time was so hard to find and get things that I couldn’t rich and wait for a long time for some body can help me, on the end living the store frustrated, this time TELMA and other helper make my time in the store more value. I shopped feeling I was buying the right things, also I find down the great services they offer in the store thanks to Terma, who ever thought the important the Costumer service is for costumers! Thank you

Loading Assistance Fail

Staff in carpet area were super helpful. Cashier was absolutely lovely, very polite and friendly. I was offered loading assistance, instead I received an audience. Two strong, fit young males stood there and watched this 50year old woman load ten 50pound bags of river rock into my vehicle. I had 2 rolls of 12×7 turf, not heavy.. "We will keep these out of the way while you load the bags". Hard fail on loading assistance, I really would have appreciated the help that was offered and did not receive. It is a pity, as this ending ruined what otherwise would have been exceptional service throughout.

Maria & Andrea were amazingly helpful!

I recently got a Ridgid toolbox that broke 7 months after purchase. No receipt, but Andrea & Maria in customer service were champs! With the toolbox in hand, they scanned it, had me swipe my original credit card, found my receipt online, gave store credit for my old purchase, and I paid the difference for an upgraded toolbox. Their kindness and guidance blew me away. That's why Home Depot is my go-to; their stellar service beats other big-box home stores.

Father's Day gift shopping

Walking into The Home Depot as a mom with her kids can be stressful. Thankfully, I know I can always rely on the friendly and knowledgable staff at The Home Depot in Niles. George and Alvin were particularly helpful during this trip. I often drive a little further to this specific location for this reason as well as the ease of parking and cleanliness of the store.

Friendly Associate
