Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is the Spring Black Friday Sale in 2026?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden, including lawn mowers, mulch, and soil, then update your grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be certain your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty parts of your home. On your home's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water in. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If moisture freezes in the cracks, you might be in for a headache.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, blizzards, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through an adjacent window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
