The store was clean and they are helpful when we ask and looking for some item. The cashier are helpful and he encourage us to apply for the home depot card

Found just about everything I went looking for with the exception of cilantro seeds, but, left with two cilantro plants instead from the garden section. Also needed a simple brass, garden hose nozzle and instead found an innovative smaller one called "Little Big Shot-Super Nozzle" that promises to work better and is very compact and light.

When I returned the very poor quality woodworking tools (of which there was no choice available) my wife and I were able to see drunk, illegal, day-workers urinating in the bushes. Not a pleasant experience.

We were able to get help as soon as we stepped into the store aisles, and the associate knew alot about the product we were looking for and was able to make it easier for us to decide which plumbing products to get. Also, even though the store seems to be getting busier these days, they have a good handle on customer care given that alot of the registers stay open. I've been a customer of Home Depot in Glendale for 30 years, and will continue to be one.

AS SOON AS YOU TALKED ANYONE FROM THE STORE, EVERYONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST YOU IN THEIR BEST THEY CAN

I appreciated that the Sales Associate/Cashier I spoke to was willing to step away from his register (briefly) to point out the location of the product we were looking for. He said, "it is either on Aisle x or on that wall there (pointing), and that guy (a sales associate walking down the aisle) can give you more information" -- well, as it turned out, that other guy was no longer there by the time we made our way down that aisle (where the product was not located) - but the second spot that the cashier had named (on the wall) is where the product was located, and it was easy to spot. The cashier's assistance was very helpful so I was glad I had asked.

Parking was easy and no one nearly ran us down. At the entry the man was very cheerful and interested in me. We talked a bit and he was informative on our subject. We asked right away as to location from another associate and were shown the location. I had no difficulty finding my item and self checkout was immediately available and rapidly completed. The associates, as for many decades, were and always are very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

We have been shopping here for the last 10 years! Can honestly say, we have never had a bad experience and always find what we need. Customer service is fast, efficient and friendly also.
